I have worked with this employer almost for two years .Very good employer with client rate transparency. Legal team have very Good knowledge of immigration and work closely with business immigration lawyers . They provide benefits such as Health Insurance, 401K and Sick PTO.

I have been working with WAFTS for more than a year and I never had any issues about immigration or salary payments. People at the management are very helpful when needed. I was able to get my H1-B visa through WAFTS without any RFE. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking to work with a consulting firm.

The owner of this consulting company is a very nice person, I have met him couple of times as well. However, this is maintained by a person on H1b who is greedy. Their marketing team is a big joke. They screwed US dreams of several students by misrepresenting to USCIS and eventually getting caught. However, the person who maintains still has the luxury of enjoying on peoples money because he forced the students to accept that they misrepresented. Recently they even moved to Albany probably because H1b applications can be sent to Vermont while their previous applications were sent to California. The person stoops to any level if he has monetary gain. Please be cautious of this employer and consider this as my honest advice.

PS: Although this company is operating from early 2015, apparently all the prior reviews came on the same day. This could potentially mean that the person who manages has written to grab attention.

I have worked for Wafts Solutions Inc. for the past 3 years and my experience with Wafts has been good. They are very professional, have a very good marketing team and transparent in their dealings. They pay on time with no delays. I joined Wafts after completing my Masters, worked on both OPTs and got my H1B approved with no issues. I would recommend this company to everyone who is looking for a consulting firm and want to grow in their career.

I have been with WAFTS Solutions INC for over 3 years now. Such a great company to work for. I thoroughly enjoy working for WAFTS Solutions, the people here are supportive, and quite nice to work with. I feel I am part of a great team. Amazing people who always wants to help with any issue you have. Very transparent with marketing and payroll. The marketing team have contacts all over the country so they can find you a good project. HR and Management team have a very good understanding on various kinds of visa/immigration issues. Don't ever hesitate joining them.
