My duties encompass evangelical, academic, and social work. Campaigns for community services, including alternative learning system, medical mission, clean-up drive, disaster-risk reduction management, and eco-farming project for livelihood have enhanced my organizational and management skills.
Since 1997, I have served as a University Professor and Evangelical Worker, teaching academic subjects such as English, Church History, and Bible History. For three years, from 1997 to 2000, I was then offered to be Secretary to the Dean in College of Evangelical Ministry, and stood as Head Librarian from 2008 to 2009, before securing the Assistant Coordinator Position in 2012 in the College`s Cavite Extension. In 2017, as I transferred in the Urdaneta City University, I worked there as fulltime professor and was given the designation of being Chair of Gender and Awareness Development and Director of Security Management. Only this February 6, 2019 that I was promoted as an Associate Dean of the College of Teacher Education of UCU. Strong problem solving, composing and filing a considerable quantity of correspondence, have strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluating of outcomes have been my possession in leadership and administration. I have developed an unprecedented level of teaching skills, while also recognizing and balancing the concerns and ideas of different groups in order to reach the common goal.
