Created a data pipeline, involving data scraping and cleaning by HTML recursive-scraping and regex cleaning of total 5,000 recursively split public documents, to be converted into 5 Million vector dimensions. Built a ChromaDB, Redis, & PostgreSQL-ridden RAGaaS Webex bot system, utilizing GPT-4o model, that’s contributed to a larger project with 100,000+ user base. The generated response is flexible to deal with various situations: generic greetings, service and regional availability response, citation-based contextual response, and error-safe response refusal. Added sophisticated citation re-ranking by MiniLM cross encoder model to boost response accuracy. Containerized and hosted the program on AWS to achieve a long-standing, stable, sustainable service that requires no constant human supervision and automated restart on failure for 24/7 access of the bot.--
