Roasting Plant is based on big furnaces that roasts sulfide Soil and turn to the oxidized soil. At first,we review the drawings with technical and engineering team,according to the them opinion, i make a baseline plan with oracle primavera p6. After that i provide daily report and weekly report blank format for construction team which helps me to notify site conditions. By comparing these figures with the total amount of work (MTO) in each discipline and section,i can easily calculate,assess and estimate project %complete. And also acording to the baseline plane, i prepare weekly plan that fors construction team to do specified work to minimize differences,Lags and variances. With a good connectin with financial unit and Commercial unit,i can monitori project financial condition and prepare cash cash flow report.--
