Responsible for evaluating phenotypic and genetic markers, post-harvest process, and seeds handoff to Parents Seeds. Responsible for decentralizing the Corn Purity to each breeding program region, leading and training colleagues from other research stations to conduct the process locally. Developed KPIs, data collection templates, and PowerBI dashboards for operational monitoring. Supervised field trials with regulated traits (GMO), ensuring regulatory compliance. Managed documentation, regulatory inspections, and reporting to the research station and Brazil team.--
