I would "NOT" suggest 3core solutions which are in Austin and Chicago. I had worked with 3core systems for more than a year and I was bound to stay with these persons who never care about their employees. All they need is "MONEY". They are a lower grade people who don't have ethics, always runs behind "MONEY". Never supports employee (SELFISH to the CORE). I was not paid properly for the work which I did, (if assumed I deserve that, fine) however I worked for first three months without getting paid which is his normal practice. The rate which he offers is always fixed and is between 30$/hr - 35$/hr. Even if you have an experience of 5-6 years or more (be it in functional or technical domain). One thing he is good at is convincing people for which reason firm is still running.

I advice that choose any employer who is sensible and has enough courage to assist you in "NEED".

srike sh and naveen kandula never gets satisfied with his greed ("MONEY"). He should learn some basic ethics before he ruins himself. I pity him on his behavior and work culture.

** I request to change the work style and culture. Respect Employees ( your living , bread and butter are earned by them ). Don't ever play with the careers & life of people who approach you when in need. Be responsible and be "HUMANE".

**sr ikesh is not an ethical person, I am glad that I got an opportunity to transfer from him. I am sure he will eat anything (be it post-digested matter) for "MONEY".

** This is the beginning of his downfall if he continues to work in the same way.

**sri kesh an d naveeeen ka ndula cheats consultants. They do not pay money consultants. I wish these people should be put behind bars.

I have been working with 3Core as an independent contractor for the past couple of years. This company is growing in Cloud HCM Space and I helped them implement multiple HCM projects (On premise and Cloud). The leadership has done a great job building a project team that is dedicated and committed to its clients.

The management is incredibly understanding over at 3Core, the Co-workers and teammates follow the same path. The communication channel is simple and clear throughout the project life cycle which makes my life easy at 3Core.

Last but not least, though I am a contractor I receive my payments on time and there are no payroll hassles. Finally, If you are into HCM Space then 3Core is the place to work and develop your skills.

If anyone from 3core systems is an employee or knows 3 core systems very close, Appreciate if you can come on this thread, I need some information regarding your employer Navin Kandula, He is been absconding since 2 months, since he has to pay $80k. There are 3 companies involved with this rip off company. I had contacted their home in India too but no clue about his whereabouts. Since I had given a compliant to DOL, he has been absconding. So I give an open challenge to any from 3core systems to come on board and I will share my information and also the compliant provided to DOL.

I heard very stupid things and later I found myself in the shoes where they have to pay me 3 months salary and so I had given a compliant to DOL and currently they are investigating it, I am sure they will have help me get my money back. All other employees feel that there is nothing happening, once it is listed on the willful violator, obviously employee would suffer, How dumb is SAP to make them a Partner, So I think SAP America is also having a dumb ear while choosing the partners.
