Visa Rank: 10,364 | LCA for H-1B: 3 | LC for Green Card: 4 | Prevailing Wage Determination: 3 | ✔ All petitions certified!

Overview

Update(2/26/26): In fiscal year 2026, Alpla did not file any labor petitions for H-1B visas, green cards, or any requests for prevailing wage determination.

Important Update(12/16/2025): We’ve recently added H-1B visa approval and denial history from USCIS(2017–2025) and H-1B visa petition locations to provide a more complete view of employment-based immigration. Previously, our data included only Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) certified by the U.S. Department of Labor.
For example, in fiscal year 2025, Alpla filed 2 Form I-129 petitions for H-1B visas. Of these, 2 were approved and 0 were denied.

Number of Employees: 1,400
Founded: 2001 - Main Office: Mcdonough, GA - NAICS Industry: Materials and Chemical Manufacturing
H-1B Dependent: No - Willfull Violator: No

Alpla, Inc. filed 3 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas and 4 labor certifications (LCs) for green cards during fiscal year 2025. Alpla was ranked number 10,364 among all visa sponsors. Additionally, all petitions were certified!

Before Alpla can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations.The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by Alpla. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.

The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, Alpla submitted 10 LCAs and LCs during fiscal year 2025. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.

The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

* Why are the numbers different? LCAs are a prerequisite to filing H-1B visa petitions, but not all certified LCAs lead to actual H-1B filings. Similarly, one LCA can support multiple visa petitions (e.g., for extensions, amendments, or changes in employer). Therefore, visa totals may differ significantly from LCA totals.
Moreover, employers sometimes use different names when submitting LCAs and H-1B visa petitions. This can cause discrepancies in our system. To get a complete and accurate picture, please use the search function to explore both LCA and visa data.
Total H-1B includes all types of visa petitions: new employment, continuation, change of employer, as well as other actions not listed in the table, such as concurrent filings and amendments.

★☆☆☆☆ - ALPLA INC. Work Related Accident - - - 5/21/2012 - flag as inappropriate - comment
I had about 2.75 years of work at this business. I had many bad experiences there..............

1 - Alot of coworkers engaged in horseplay and they got away with it;

2 - Supervisors turned the other cheeck and did not reprimand those coworkers because they had XXX years of seniority over the newly hired persons (myself & others);

3 - FINALLY video cameras were installed...................

4 - There was a pothole on line 2 production floor which was a tripping hazard ; i made about 6 months of verbal and written complaints to Human Resources "to no avail."

5 - I was victim of a work related accident caused by a negligent coworker whom pushed a pallet jack into both my feet and legs ;

6 - The person whom caused the accident did not report it to supervisor for me ;

7 - I was unable to find supervisor though i made 2 or 3 attempts to do so; though i reported incident to a team leader, he walked away and did not get on his radio to contact supervisor for me ; even though i rolled up my pant legs and showed him two bloody knees !

8 - Then i used my cellphone and called 911 to attend to my injuries.

9 - 1 or 2 weeks later i was fired for calling ambulance to work ; employer told me i did a poor job finding the supervisor to report incident to supervisor ;

10 - In Closing - WHY should an INJURED PERSON have to WALK AROUND a 500 ft long by 100 ft wide production floor to FIND SUPERVISOR ;

11 - Though i thought i had a broken bone(s) i turned out to have a DEEP CONTUSION / DEEP BRUISE and i spent about 3 months walking with a limp !

12 - Though i lost my Unemployment Claim, i had a subpoena served upon ALPLA and they did not produce video footage from all video cameras (they withheld video footage) .

13 - It was a very common issue that "the supervisor was not available" when things went wrong !
