Overview

Update(1/9/26): In fiscal year 2025, Brillio filed 258 LCAs for H-1B visas, 14 labor petitions for green cards, and 13 requests for prevailing wage determination.

Update(12/16/2025): We’ve recently added H-1B visa approval and denial history from USCIS(2017–2025) and H-1B visa petition locations to provide a more complete view of employment-based immigration. Previously, our data included only Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) certified by the U.S. Department of Labor.
For example, in fiscal year 2025, Brillio filed 180 Form I-129 petitions for H-1B visas. Of these, 175 were approved and 5 were denied.

Brillio.Llc filed 258 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas and 14 labor certifications (LCs) for green cards during fiscal year 2025. Brillio was ranked number 319 among all visa sponsors. Additionally, 9 LCAs and 2 LCs were denied or withdrawn during the same period.

Before Brillio can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations. The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by Brillio. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.

The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, Brillio submitted 557 LCAs and LCs during fiscal year 2025. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.

The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

* Why are the numbers different? LCAs are a prerequisite to filing H-1B visa petitions, but not all certified LCAs lead to actual H-1B filings. Similarly, one LCA can support multiple visa petitions (e.g., for extensions, amendments, or changes in employer). Therefore, visa totals may differ significantly from LCA totals.
Moreover, employers sometimes use different names when submitting LCAs and H-1B visa petitions. This can cause discrepancies in our system. To get a complete and accurate picture, please use the search function to explore both LCA and visa data.
Total H-1B includes all types of visa petitions: new employment, continuation, change of employer, as well as other actions not listed in the table, such as concurrent filings and amendments.

★☆☆☆☆ - Worst company - - - 3/28/2019 - flag as inappropriate - comment
This is possibly the worst company in the US to employ the dumbest of people as its recruiters. They're sick. They claim themselves as implementing partner/product owner, whereas they are just a bodyshop in reality. There was poor soul named Lavanya Murugesan calling me for her requirement. She did not even review my profile before calling me. I did my best to explain her what my skills are and why the position wont be suiting my skillsets. She dint even understand even a part of it. She said she is target driven and desperately looking for profiles. She wanted me to help her by attending the interview to help her and console her manager. I declined her request and asked her to not call me for the same position. She dint mind it, she kept calling me 11 times on the go, until I picked her to yell not to call again. You know what, she started abusing me. She demanded I should answer her call or she will keep calling me from different numbers in my midnight(She was sitting in India, it is easy for them). All she wanted is to submit my profile with out my consent. She's evil. I was severely depressed with a family medical emergency and she's on top of it. I am spending my 30 mins amidst all the drama, so the company hires good candidates/recruiters. Else, Go to Hell!

★☆☆☆☆ - KPMG Near-shore - - - 10/2/2014 - flag as inappropriate - comment
I had sought my friend's help for an employee referral for a BA position sometime back at Brillio. Pucca desi consutants disguised as MNCs.
One of my friend who was working for them was on the verge of committing suicide due to the harrassment of a new VP from Wipro, he is now on a break and rehab.
They lure you with promises of processing GC and then behave like other body shops around. Lack professional ethics.

The new AVP seems to harrrass employees by often calling for irrelevant meetings where he lets out his frustrations on them, bad mouthing his employees and clients alike. In my friend's case he was forced to write a complaint against an in-house client by his manager. He was then targetted and harrassed for not doing it. His GC cancelled.

We have adviced my friend and his colleagues to file a complaint with the US Department of Labor, talk to his attorneys & report it to the media.
