I had a very long conversation when i called Lukesh from consiga Technologies.

He is very professional and always educate consultants on career plans.

He believes in individual growth..I was shocked when he said that "when ever you find best job that this you can just give a notice and can leave.I donot want to hold the consultants forcefully.Everybody has to get onto next level"
