Overview

Update(2/26/26): In fiscal year 2026, Core Tech International filed 4 LCAs for H-1B visas, 1 labor petition for green card, and 2 requests for prevailing wage determination.

Important Update(12/16/2025): We’ve recently added H-1B visa approval and denial history from USCIS(2017–2025) and H-1B visa petition locations to provide a more complete view of employment-based immigration. Previously, our data included only Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) certified by the U.S. Department of Labor.
For example, in fiscal year 2025, Core Tech International filed 31 Form I-129 petitions for H-1B visas. Of these, 31 were approved and 0 were denied.

Core Tech International Corporation filed 31 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas and 112 labor certifications (LCs) for green cards during fiscal year 2025. Core Tech International was ranked number 549 among all visa sponsors. Additionally, 3 LCAs and 18 LCs were denied or withdrawn during the same period.

Before Core Tech International can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations. The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by Core Tech International. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.

The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, Core Tech International submitted 180 LCAs and LCs during fiscal year 2025. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.

The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

* Why are the numbers different? LCAs are a prerequisite to filing H-1B visa petitions, but not all certified LCAs lead to actual H-1B filings. Similarly, one LCA can support multiple visa petitions (e.g., for extensions, amendments, or changes in employer). Therefore, visa totals may differ significantly from LCA totals.
Moreover, employers sometimes use different names when submitting LCAs and H-1B visa petitions. This can cause discrepancies in our system. To get a complete and accurate picture, please use the search function to explore both LCA and visa data.
Total H-1B includes all types of visa petitions: new employment, continuation, change of employer, as well as other actions not listed in the table, such as concurrent filings and amendments.

★☆☆☆☆ - Terrible, Inhumane Work Environment – Avoid This Company - - - 9/18/2024 - flag as inappropriate - comment
I strongly advise anyone considering working here to think twice. The company has a deeply toxic work environment where employees are subjected to extreme mental and physical abuse. Management not only disregards labor laws but actively colludes with high-ranking officials to avoid accountability. Workers are forced to endure long hours without proper compensation for overtime, and their right to rest on weekends is completely ignored.

The company pays people to write fake positive reviews, which is nothing but a deception to cover up the abusive practices that take place behind closed doors. Employees who attempt to leave are slapped with hefty penalties, leaving them financially drained. Those who manage to escape often suffer from severe mental health issues due to the abuse they experienced, with some driven to the brink of suicide.

This is not just a company that ignores basic worker rights—it's one that thrives on exploitation and abuse, making a mockery of American labor standards. They prey on foreign workers who are unaware of the real conditions and charge exorbitant fees to prevent them from leaving early. Management constantly bullies and threatens employees, showing no care for their well-being.

This company needs to be held accountable for its actions, and I hope proper authorities investigate these illegal and unethical practices.

Avoid this company at all costs.
