I am working here since 10/2019 as a consultant. I was on OPT and currently on H1. I can completely trust for all my visa issues. Excellent service and response. I believe the review written below with low rating might be fake and not true, the reason being I have my brother worked for them for years and worked until he got his green card. I also know other working longer than me in the same project working for deebecon. They are in the business since 1996 about 25 years, I do not think any consulting company can survive this long with these type of operation listed in the couple of review by the same person. One of the odd thing is the reviewer says he/she was referred by his friend. If it is so, it is evident his friend would have not referred him/her if he is not comfortable with them.

I am currently an employee of DeeBeCon. I have been working here for 8 years now. I have had nothing but great experience working for this company. The payment never get delayed and you can expect what you have been told and agreed to. You always know your options in terms of compensation and immigration upfront and hence no surprises.

They take your money but dont file visa. Fraud, lot of lies. No pay on time, lie about rates and payment. Never pays on time. Slow GC processing, no transparency.

1) No marketing (0%), if you dont find a project your self you will be in bench for ever.
2) Even tough you find the project and negotiate rates, they will work with vendors behind you & increase the rate but will never inform you.
3) They dont pay on time, keep telling lies to you. They took $1 from me extra to pay the salary every 15 days lied that vendor asked for it. I found out later that they never paid vendor, just paid from them which they are suppose to for any employee but took extra $1/hr from me.
4) Very rude management, you cant get anything done with them. They don't care about employees.
5) They will never share any GC document except H1B but they never pay a penny for GC processing at any stage.

I Was referred by a friend, but had horrible experience with these guys.
