Overview

Update(1/9/26): In fiscal year 2025, Egiants Technologies filed 83 LCAs for H-1B visas, 22 labor petitions for green cards, and 37 requests for prevailing wage determination.

Update(12/16/2025): We’ve recently added H-1B visa approval and denial history from USCIS(2017–2025) and H-1B visa petition locations to provide a more complete view of employment-based immigration. Previously, our data included only Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) certified by the U.S. Department of Labor.
For example, in fiscal year 2025, Egiants Technologies filed 50 Form I-129 petitions for H-1B visas. Of these, 48 were approved and 2 were denied.

Egiants Technologies, Llc. filed 285 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas and 61 labor certifications (LCs) for green cards during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. Egiants Technologies was ranked number 594 among all visa sponsors. Additionally, 2 LCAs were denied or withdrawn during the same period.

Before Egiants Technologies can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations. The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by Egiants Technologies. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.

The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, Egiants Technologies submitted 451 LCAs and LCs during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.

The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

* Why are the numbers different? LCAs are a prerequisite to filing H-1B visa petitions, but not all certified LCAs lead to actual H-1B filings. Similarly, one LCA can support multiple visa petitions (e.g., for extensions, amendments, or changes in employer). Therefore, visa totals may differ significantly from LCA totals.
Moreover, employers sometimes use different names when submitting LCAs and H-1B visa petitions. This can cause discrepancies in our system. To get a complete and accurate picture, please use the search function to explore both LCA and visa data.
Total H-1B includes all types of visa petitions: new employment, continuation, change of employer, as well as other actions not listed in the table, such as concurrent filings and amendments.

I have seen the commets below.
Want to add one more .

All the expenses of employee will not show on pay slips. But still will they cut money for expenses, no proof cutting wages on pay slips

★☆☆☆☆ - Waste Company - - Shankar - 1/19/2018 - flag as inappropriate - comment
I never seen this type of company in my life.

Waste Company because,
I know this company has max number of 150 to 180 employees(not every one are in same visa status). For 2018 H1B processing they are asking the employee to pay 6000$.

Here is the calculation 8000$ for regular processing + 2000$ for premium, total =10000$
Asking to pay 50% in only regular fee, which is 4000 and premium 2000$. which is 6000$ for H1b processing.

Its is fair from there side but most of the companies are not doing that. Still if they do that they are charging 80-20% in monthly wages. The E-giants have 65-35% and still u have to pay 6000$ for H1B , u have to pay any other expenses.

The bottom line is , I know this company from one of my friend. He's saying that company has lot of changes (In the terms of money and business). He suggested me this company and now he is saying to change the employer.

★★☆☆☆ - Think before you act - - - 1/11/2018 - flag as inappropriate - comment
I'm Happy to post this. I want to mention few things.
--> This is very good company, but there are lot factors to look on it.
--> No benefits are provided
--> They will charge all the expenses in pay roll,( which most of the companies don't). Example: Food, Bed, Travel, Gas,
--> They will manipulate the calculations on sponsorship.

Finally, its good company, but its doesn't only depends on the employment that they are providing but they also need to consider other factors as I said before.

** Think before you ACT**
