I have applied H1b Visa job offer 2010 yr through naukri for the company Hexacorp in chennai. In USA its called Hexacorp LLC. I got call from hexacorp and got interview one person from USA.Then next day i got job offer letter mail .You are selected for H1B visa and also job in USA yearly 60K USD per Year with all benifits.
They asked to returned all the signed offer leter scan copy and also send all your required document.
In the mean time they told we are not sponsoring free visa," so we collect money from you for H1bvisa 60 K INR. That is refundable once you got project in USA.and also some case may be reject ,in the rejected case we will process next year free charges and if you dont want then we will refundable money .(Not full amount ,some percentage we gave return back)"
The above quotes statement only they told through phone call ,not from written document or not from mail.

I met directly in the hexacorp in chennai office and sent all the document through in mail. at that time of met they told next week you need to pay then we will start your process.
Next day i sent mail to the Hexacorp ,Is it possible to get reciept for my payment (60 K) or whatever you told can you give me one written document for my saferside.
i didnot get any response them . i sent again remainder mail then finally i got phone call from hexacorp ,They told like " This year quota over 20 person " we already recieved 25 person so we hold your process ,we will process next year may be.

My question in my mind "
1. Why they did not told when i met in office 2 days before ?
2. even i signed offer letter and sent it back to them before two weeks then at that time why did not inform this information"
3. whatever our doubt have sent it in mail ,they did not sent reply mail .just they managing all the communication through phone call.


When i asked for any written document for my safer side they responsed like this

Hi I have applied H1B visa for USA in HEXACORP for the year 2010. I got offer letter from Hexacorp and i have accepted the offer and send back to Hexacorp .They asked H1B Visa processing fee for 60K INR.That is refundable and need to take this amount DD in Bank.

After sending my accept letter , I asked for proof for any receipt or any wirtten document for my money and wich they told earlier like If H1b visa fail may be some amount refundable or proceed Next year.Whatever the oral communicaiton i asked for written document from hexacorp.

I did not get any reply mail .They are not following any communication in the reply mail, Only they are managing through phone calls. They called me suddenly This year H1B visa we have receieved more then 25 person SO we cant proceed further this year.

My question is Why they did not before i am sending my accept offer letter or after accept my offer letter and send it return back to hexacorp?

Only i got this information after i asked for any proof for their words in document
