I joined this company through a referral just after my masters by my senior who was an employee. Even though I am not employed here anymore as I took a fulltime opportunity but they are pretty darn good at training, placement and immigration. but they pay less during initial days of your first project. If you want a placement soon this is your company.
Never had any problem with paper work for international travel, etc. I recommend to this company as it is now one of the fastest growing IT companies in midwest area.
