The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

damn good at PR and fronting. know how to present an image of a consulting IT firm but in reality is a sleezy h1b body shop with unethical and possibly illegal practices. they work with h1bs and help with green card. also they help during bad times. but overall a very dicey bodyshop. only those who kiss up to ceo are treated somehwat decent- others are treated like dirt if you are staff. if you are consultant you are just a slave working to buuy your freedom

all good reviews are ghost written by the ceo himslef or his fraud family who is a very shady person. the past for review sites like goolti the family members of ceo used to write good reviews but were exposed.

no point saying "shame of you" because all staff consultants know Kal has bodyshopped his shame also - with a fake resume

What a rotten bunch of people. The main business of this firm is to run an h1b body shop. Now they have offices in Pune and Hyderabad from where they get their H1bs. They flood US markest with cheap labor and faking resumes thus hurting American workers. all this nonsense of training veterans etc. is just window dressing to hide their horrible shady business

Pros – no one with honor and ethcis can work in this place
it’s a family firm and there is no so called management. The owner is a fraud. All this stuff he does by getting nice stories printed about him cannot cover the truth about him and his ugly business.

Very unethical company. Total body shop. the upper management especially CEO Kal somani commit many immigration violations. they hire mostly indian h1bs and then place them in other company's. it is just a body shop and not a consulting company. they fake resumes badly and lie to clients about actual expereicne of the h1bs

I was offered a job at Intraedge while living on the east coast. Despite asking numerous times who the end client for the position was, it was not fully disclosed until orientation. The project was with the Mormon church in Utah. Oddly, at orientation, IntaEdge said the client did not know that Intraedge had been contracted with by another staffing firm in Utah to do the project. IntraEdge would hide their identity during video conferences. So IntraEdge was dishonest with an employee, and also with a client. After all, consistency is key! This project was a religious conflict for me, and such a mislead should be legally punishable.

After I told them that this was an unforeseen conflict for me, they later called me in to "casually chat" about another project. The project was really a disorganized mess that they made up....it made no sense what they were trying to do in the project. Days after I honestly said I was not sure how I could contribute to the project, they terminated me. They invented some fake project for which I had no relative experience as a ploy to claim they had reason to legally fire me due to insubordination .....all this after luring me across country for a misleading role. Forget about at-will employment; this is horrible, unethical treatment of a person.

This firm has no social responsibility. They made little effort to help me find another position. They casually wiped their hands of what has been unethical employment treatment, and today I am still in a unfamiliar geographical market with no employment.
