I have seen the negative reviews here in the review section and I am sad to see people write such bad comments about wonderful professional organization.

I have been with them for the past 7 years and i have people come and go and so many of them had visa sponsorship and i personally know the HR/Immigration team and their attorneys. They are very professional compliance oriented and they do their job very well.

I would vouch for the professionalism and turnaround time. This organization is well oiled machine. I f anybody have any doubts looking at the negative comments please message me.

I cant stand not saying anything when disgruntled people write bad reviews on such a professional organization.

I was with Iris for 2 years. The immigration team helped me a lot. Persis always got back to me on time. I had to go back to India for family reasons. I would highly recommend Iris. All the managers are very helpful. I would join them back once I come back to the USA.

I read the reviews and joined IRIS and understood from my personal experience that all the reviews posted below are true.

Never join this company, the trouble ships which I had gone through was notified to CEO of the company , he is least bothered to know or understand what is happening in his company. I did a great mistake by joining this company irrespective of reading all the negative reviews. To my experience , all the negative reviews are real. Please stay away from his company even if they offer double-triple hike!

H1B is the biggest joke for this idiots. Please save your job , H1B, stay away from this bunch of idiots.

Please don't ingore this review and previous review about IRIS Software Inc.I did same mistake that I ignored all previous review and paid the price.Be aware of Jatin Shah,Persis Pavri,Paramvir Singh and Rajneesh,They all are fraud and cheat you in name of H1B and GC application.Plzz..plz don't join thiscompany.If you already join please start searching new job.Once your client project is over,they send termination letter without giving any notice.

Im a person who almost always depend on reviews and feedback before joining a company especially when it comes to these kind of small consulting firms.
I created my ID in this site only to provide feedback about this company.

These guys are totally unprofessional. And they are so reluctant to file my Visa processing under premium which makes me doubt the credibility of this company.
The reason they give me for this is 'RFE'. So what?? Why should an oraganization be scared of RFE's if they have all the papers.

Seriously.. stay away from this company.

Poornima - 5/8/2018 - These guys are a bunch of cheats . They gave offer after i clearing the rounds and have an offer letter in hand . One day before joining they cancelled my offer . The management is horrible .They made me homeless for 2 days and dont take accountablity for that .
