Overview

Update(2/26/26): In fiscal year 2026, Joon filed no LCAs for H-1B visas, 1 labor petition for green card, and no requests for prevailing wage determination.

Important Update(12/16/2025): We’ve recently added H-1B visa approval and denial history from USCIS(2017–2025) and H-1B visa petition locations to provide a more complete view of employment-based immigration. Previously, our data included only Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) certified by the U.S. Department of Labor.
For example, in fiscal year 2020, Joon filed 1 Form I-129 petition for H-1B visas. Of these, 1 was approved and 0 were denied.

Joon, Llc Dba Ajin Usa filed 1 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas and 10 labor certifications (LCs) for green cards during fiscal year 2025. Joon was ranked number 3,490 among all visa sponsors. Additionally, 1 LC was denied or withdrawn during the same period.

Before Joon can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations. The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by Joon. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.

The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, Joon submitted 34 LCAs and LCs during fiscal year 2025. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.

The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

2017 0 0 1 0 1 0 2 0 2

* Why are the numbers different? LCAs are a prerequisite to filing H-1B visa petitions, but not all certified LCAs lead to actual H-1B filings. Similarly, one LCA can support multiple visa petitions (e.g., for extensions, amendments, or changes in employer). Therefore, visa totals may differ significantly from LCA totals.
Moreover, employers sometimes use different names when submitting LCAs and H-1B visa petitions. This can cause discrepancies in our system. To get a complete and accurate picture, please use the search function to explore both LCA and visa data.
Total H-1B includes all types of visa petitions: new employment, continuation, change of employer, as well as other actions not listed in the table, such as concurrent filings and amendments.

Worst company ever. Horrible pay. Horrible hours. Corruption everywhere. Supervisors playing favoritism with girls that they sleep with. Known fact throughout the plant and noone does anything about it. As a Korean, I have grown to hate Korean people here. They treat fellow Koreans like slaves, and let the others roam free to do what ever they like regardless of rules and regulations. Was out one day because of illness and was drilled out for it, fellow american worker takes 2 months off with no notice, and he gets away with it. Pay caps off after a year and a half, and starting pay for a maintenance technician starts at 12 dollars an hour. As a tier 1 supplier, thats unheard of. Mandatory 74 hours a week. Do not recommend this place for ANY souls living or dead.

This workplace is by far the worst workplace i have worked in throughout my entire life and i am 48 yrs old. Although it is a korean company you wouldnt think it if you walked through the plant. The black race smothers any other race known to man and favoritism is crazy there. I may be negative but walk through and see for yourself if you dont believe it. It is very unorganized you can sit through a meeting an tell that. To be a tier 1 supplier for a major automotive company such as kia you would think they would treat there employees better. Ex. kia got a 2500 xmas bonus Ajin $100 2011. And you had to be there a year to get that. Hopefully this modern day slave activity will change soon.
