commentI have been with this Employer for many months on H1B Visa. Its a worst Employer, No marketing skills no networking. I wasted my time with them. I was doing marketing myself. Managers, employees of Marvel Technologies are worse. They are not transparent in Compensation. No direct clients. No good Insurance. Only fake informations from Management. No HR department. No proper response. Why would you hide rate part with your employee? Are you paying proper taxes? Is your company under audit by Department of labor?

commentI had a very bad experience in past. There is no transparency. Only 50% of salary will go to the Employees hand. Even if you are referred by well-known person, please get the payment (for H1B filing) confirmation through Email or by documents or by video call or good to quit. There are more genuine companies for H1 filing.

commentThere is no good things to share about this company, no professional ethics,low salary, management is cheating all the employees, Please please please ignore this companies for filing new H1B. this company is holding candidates work authorization and providing very low salary, Please double check before going forward. commentWorst of the worst desi consultancy. No work ethics and no professioanlism. Their claims are just in their job advertisments and their talks. Do not fall pray to their talk. In reality they are just another bodyshopping company with no values.
Raj - 4/6/2015 - If you need to be a Desi Company, they work this way and this is pretty normal. yeah, 55K for FTE and the good part is they have great things to talk about in the air. everyone in this company and Marvel consulting are the same. They try to keep their H1b copies with them so employees dont change their employment. -
