One of the worst companies I have ever seen. I work for Mindlance and believe me its horrible to be with them. I am a consultant and my client is Qualcomm, Mindlance people are so cheap, they do anything to make money, false promises are very fequent, never ever believe them. And my sincere advise is, dont get your H-1B sponsered by them, if you do so, You are their slave forever and ever (I am serious). You can never easily communicate with them, you have to keep sending them infinite mails to get response and if there is an issue with them, they will ignore your emails and phone calls. I am waiting to get out of this company, Once I get out Im pretty sure thy will hold my last paycheck or do something like that and I even want them to do that, so that I can approach labour dept and file a case against them. I joined them as soon as I came out of my school(as a new college grad), I hope this review serves a goos purpose to all the fresh grads.

Guys, i am a victim of the dirty policies of Mindlance. First, they take money to sponsor your H-1, give tall promises regarding your payment and finally, once your H-1 is approved, they treat you very shabbily.They don't give respect to consultants and treat them as slaves. They boast of a very good marketing team, but it is run by a team of idiots who never market your profile. Their H-1 Head who stays in India Mr. Ashish is a very crooked fellow and they do not even care to screw the careers of aspiring graduates. You cannot get hold of anyone quite easily and everything seems to be in a mess once you are with Mindlance.Believe me guys, this can be the worst company ever started in USA. Don't fall prey to their cheap tricks and i am pretty sure, there are better companies to work for n US.

Its the worst company to work with.
They do not treat employees with respect.
They do not keep their verbal promises.
They only care about making money and dont care about screwing employees.
