I just got my H1B Visa now and writing here. I got this processed by NK Technolabs, with their help. It took a long road and at the end it is success. Though I got 221g Kuntesh helped me in that situation and after two months I was asked to submit my passport and it returned with visa. I paid the money even after seeing the reviews since I was hoping for the best, but unfortunately, Kuntesh and team are cheaters, they failed to provide the LCA as well.

They won't answer the calls after paying the money, and in turn they blocked my number.

I am not sure why USCIS is taking action on them.

Dear All,

I urge you to refrain from applying for H1B visas through NK Technolabs or its affiliated entity, New Edge Technology.

Myself, along with a group of over 25 individuals, applied for H1B visas in 2023 through this organization, and to date, none of us have received any updates.

Allow me to share my personal experience:
(i) They demand full payment before filing the LCA, but once the payment is made, they become unresponsive to calls.

(ii) My LCA was filed at the last minute after numerous follow-ups, with an incorrect job description.

(iii) They promise client letters but fail to provide any legitimate client information; instead, they create fictitious websites.

(iv) Several applicants, including myself, did not receive H1B case numbers. When questioned, they claim the applications are pending with USCIS.

(v) Petitions are filed last-minute, despite collecting fees upfront.

(vi) Our petition was filed on June 30th, 2023, and to date, there has been no progress. Requests to raise service requests are denied, and they push for premium processing.

(vii) Upon personally raising a Service Request with USCIS, I discovered that USCIS had already requested evidence from the organization, resulting in all applications being put on hold.

(viii) Attempts to inquire about the requested details and the status of our petitions from Kuntesh and his team have been met with no response to emails and blocking of our phone numbers.

Therefore, I strongly advise against engaging with this fraudulent company for H1B visa applications.

Just greedy for money. Asked for 6000 dollars and I paid before petition filing. I had not even received my receipt number for my last year petition. Later after many days I got receipt number. Now my case is denied. Received a NOID on USCIS case status. He is not even responding that why NOID has come. He takes all the money and vanish. He won't even respond. His HR team is worst. They are always sick and on leave with their mobile phones switched off. I lost my money to this greedy man. Please don't file with him. It will definitely end up denied. Hi All H1B Aspirants,

The journey with NK Techolabs so far is so good. I got stamping within a month after my interview date. Only case approval tool long time.(3-4 months)

Basically, the delay is from the USCIS process and it is not consistent. For a few people it is very fast, for a few it is very slow. We need to be a little patient.

In my case, NK Technolabs provided a response on a timely basis.

Kuntesh always responded to whatever queries I had and responded to 221g queries quickly.

Thanks a lot to Kuntesh for making this. I will all other applicants a very good success.

If you are reading this review it means you got selected in 2023 H1B lottery.

Below is the experience with NK Technolabs.
Getting visa with this company is 50:50 chances because there are more 221g issued on this company. Recently i gone for visa interview and also got 221g and my petition went to USCIS for revocation.

NK technolabs will work only on straight cases. if it get struck at RFE or 221g then you are gone.

NK technolabs will not take care if a person get RFE and 221g.
They work on straight cases.
Below is the Nk technolabs ower (Kuntesh Parikh) response.
There is no one who will provide status after taking money.
He doesn't pickup calls or updates them.
There is no HR system.
There is no proper Attorney exists for NK technolabs.
His primary target is to get money and work on straight cases.
He will just ignore all messages and do not respond.

Great company to work with. I processed my H1B with NK Technolabs.I did not have any issue. The HR team has been thoroughly dedicated to work and given me a lot of support and services. The entire process was transparent.
In particular the team was responsive, hardworking and completely reliable. They were extremely helpful at all times and kept me up-to-date at all stages.
My experience with NK Techno labs was quite satisfactory and I would definitely recommend NK Techno labs without any hesitation.

I had applied through NK Technolabs and I had wonderful experience working with NK Technolabs. I got the prompt replies on calls and mails from HR (Sunayana) and the best part is these people are keeping whole process very transparent from beginning to end. Currently I am on my H1B and working with NK Technolabs only.

Total fraud company.do not fall into trap. They will say you ate picked up in the lottery and asks for 6000$. All amount we have to pay before filing itself. then the real game starts.Kuntesh Parikh is the owner of it. He will just ignore all messages and do not respond.Soon he will be behind the bars. He robbed so many people. Slowly we are coming to know all these. I will take legal action on him. Lets join together and fight collectively.Thanks Naveen

Nk technolabs owner is a fraud person. He takes money and go away. There is no HR system. There is no one who will provide status after taking money. Please guys don't go with him. There are so many people suffering from his irresponsible behavior. People are waiting for document since 6 months. He doesn't pickup calls or updates them.

We have very bad experience with this fraud consultancy. His primary target is to get money and work on straight cases. Many of the candidates who filed through them got 221g. People are waiting since dec'21 for the documents however he keeps on promising but never shared the details.
Please do not come in his trap otherwise you guys will land in trouble.

Nk technoblabs is a genuine IT firm as per my experience. As mentioned by other reviewer none of the IT companies will provactively inform applicants if they dont get selected in H1b lottery.Nk technolabs did inform me when i got selected in lott and i didnt pay a single penny for the visa process.

They are working like con agents specialized in fraud. Every year NK TECHNOLAB ,NC, float advertisements in India ,luring aspirants who wish to come and work in US , around few hundred people they cheat like that. They take money from applicants close to 6000 US dollar equivalent Indian Rupees . Then after that they don't share details of applying to h1b Visa nor will they ever get back to you. Even if we try to contact they will give a cold response. Then suddenly as per frauds plan they will say that Indian HR is quitting...she was contacting all candidates from her personal mobile number. Full fraud gang.... the reason I am putting this review is for me like guys to safeguard your hard earned money....in my case I paid USD 1000 and got cheated...I have the money transaction records to proove that I paid money to the ceo Mr Parikh of this company.... just check his bank account in India you will know... After 1st round and second round lottery this year they did not even respond if we got selected.... this company may be 20 percent genuine and 80 percent fraud....if you are 100 percent fraud you will get caught by enforcement agencies... so they are doing like this....
