I worked with this company few years ago. One of the Director of the company is a fraud, he will be nice with you as long as you are profitable to him. I will be very rude as soon as you are on the bench.

This employer has a policy of NOT sharing an I140 copy even if you work for it for 10 years.
They will file your Labor & I140 immediately after joining but then after you will be screwed up when they don't share I140 copy to you even after you die or leave the USA.
Other than I140, This is a small desi employer who doesn't have many clients so you will be on your own finding projects with 3rd party vendors and keep screwing up your career.
You can't leave them because they will keep holding your I140 and keep sucking your last drop of blood out of your body.

Working for Pyramid for more than 10 years, Veery reliable team in immigration, HR, etc. Salary's are paid on time with out even bothering to check with them. All documentation is handled perfectly and is provided to me everytime i need them. GC process is fair and the immigration team follow up with the employee for any updates. They will contact for H1-B renewals as well with out the employee ask them. Very happy to be part of Pyramid.

I was involved with Pyramid Technology Solutions [PTS] for more than a year, is a very decent company and very straight forward in their dealing with employees and had very benefiting and learning experience. Before joining PTS, i worked for Indian consulting companies and some desi staffing companies in the past who totally screwed up GC process. I have was in 6th year of H1 and Glad joined PTS and got the PERM & I 140 approval without any issues, the immigration team helped me a lot and they followed the process neat and clean. I normally talk to president of the company and he was one of the best mentor I have ever had. He offered his help in every situation and showed me positive sides of problems which boasted me to face them with courage. I also had contacts with HR and Immigration people, and they were extremely professional and proactively helpful. I am thankful to entire team of PTS for giving me nice time and highly learning experience in my career. I wish entire organization best of luck and success. I have referred a lot of people and even they are very happy about the PTS.
