Strong Industry knowledge to make sure the candidate is the right fit and put in a position to succeed. Communication with consultants and prospective candidates is excellent throughout the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement. Strong support and recruitment team to assist with consultant needs. Questions get answered in a timely manner and recruiters are available after hours. Makes consultants feel a part of the team and prepares consultants effectively for the job.

First, they make you feel really calm and at ease during the interview process. One of the best parts is you actually get to meet the WHOLE team. I was nervous at first but as soon as I met the Manager my nerves went away. I knew as soon as I left that I was going to fit in comfortably. Management is extremely accommodating and flexible with hours. They really work WITH and FOR you. The environment is very inviting and friendly. They are all willing to help build your skill sets and make you a valuable team member. Everyone knows when it's time to grind but the work is not pressuring, there is no one looking over your shoulder 24/7, and any questions or concerns you have are always addressed in the most professional and friendly way. The team is very diverse and everyone is different but they are especially AWESOME! They are very team oriented and like to have fun by taking the group to Avalanche games, Happy Hours, and buying them lunch occasionally. Working for Staffigo was one of the most rewarding experiences in my professional career. Even though I had no prior experience in IT, I'm so glad that they gave me the chance to learn something new and expand my resume.

I have been a MS student just 6 months ago struggling to find a job. I went to various consulting firms with promises that did not last.

THANK GOD I found Staffigo Technical Services, the team is unbelievably aggressive and their marketing is top class.

Training - It was available for me even at 12 at night, the trainer helped me meet the standards of my job. The training was placement driven right from the start, interviews were easier to handle as the training was interview focused.

Marketing - I worked with 2 consulting firms prior to this and I have never experienced quality like this. They work really hard and got me 5 interviews in a matter of 3 weeks.

I recommend this company to anyone. I am grateful to find a team such as this. Hope you guys help many more people like me.
