I just want to share my personal experience with this company. This is one of the topmost worst companies in the USA.

You will get a call from the marketing team saying we have a W2 position in XYZ company (Mostly TIAA, Duke in Charlotte Area), but you don't give exact information at the time of the initial call. They will hide how many layers exist between this company and the client.

Once the candidate agrees for the interview, they will set up an initial call and then the client round. Once the candidate was selected, they will slowly start screwing your life by saying the start date is getting delayed and they don't even tell you how many layers exist. Once you got the paperwork the candidate will come to know how many layers exist. At that time if you ask questions, they don't agree at all. If you are trying to reach anyone in the company, all of the persons in the company will only say call HR, but that HR won't give you exact information. She doesn't pick the calls. After one fine day, the candidate will get frustrated, they don't even bother about your life. Worst and Horrible cheaters are there. Please don't trust this company.
