commentThis is a bad company to work with. They hold money everymonth . I worked with this company for 2.8 years. You ask for pending balance and the owner would start yelling at you.The owner never finds projects for the resources. They have to find projects, clients , work with the 3rd party for SOW , client and mid vendor letters.. I got a full time in a company and Informed the owner. He yelled at me and abruptly ended the call. They will agree to all your terms prior to the employment and mentions that the clauses in the employment letter are just a formality and will deny outright when you decide to move from the company. All the costs associated with visa and green card processing would be deducted from the amount being held including the amount for insurance for which the employer should be contributing. He will discuss alll money matters over the calls and nothing should be in emails. Be very careful with this person. I would not recommend this company considering the very unprofessional owner.

commentThis is a bad company to work with. They hold money everymonth and never pay the money back. I was contractor for this company for almost 2 years. I got a full time in a company and Informed the owner here. He said he will pay me all the balance. From next day he never Picked up the call.
Beware of this company and sister companies.

commentI will not recommend this employer as others said this guy will hold some payment every month and will not pay you even after vendor pays you saying will run some per-diem in next month and no one know when that next month comes. Couple of my friends who worked with this employer were not happy and left this company and still struggling to get their money.
Be cautious before joining him and ask all %ge on paper else there is every chance of landing up in trouble.

Chan - 12/3/2012 - They will hire you and everymonth they will hold some money from your billing and finally one day they will sell all the consultants to another consulting company. You may not have any other option on that day to moveout b'coz your money will be with them.
Before selling in parallel they will register another firm and they will continue their own business. ( Like Trinity Consulting Inx -> Thinc Systems -> Ascii group, ..etc) -
