The best company I ever Experienced. I am a Dot Net Developer. I worked with three consulting companies before and faced lot of troubles. I joined this company long back and transferred My H1. They got me job with in couple of weeks.Great marketing and also good at immigration. I can recommend this for the below three reasons.
1. salary very prompt
2. Excellent marketing
3. Very good immigration

I don't need to once again tell about the company. All the LC numbers are gimmics. And look at the number of Green cards. 6 GC Labors filed and one denied. even out of 5 GC labors, hardly 2 might have been approved. because for sunil, he is interested in collecting h1 money, he wants to make short money and never care about h1 employee life. please stay away from sunil, unicorn and his ifa dongala muta. sunil and all ifa members are trying to showcase as if they are so big. they are not even ethical.

Once Again all these positive rating are given HR team. If you ask anyone in the whole Alpharetta, 99% will give negative reviews. There are several victims from sunil. Even with the IFA Funds also, sunil makes back door business by bumping up all expenses and showcasing as if he is doing social service. But behind the doors, he is a big cheater and loots all the money.

Because of their improper documentation, they also closed mindcraft technologies. they pay the salaries after 30th of the next month very lately. they won't give last month salary. on top of it, they make sign the contracts along with the offer and file lawsuit against.sunil is very good with filing lawsuits and knows how to play safe with poor h1 employees. he doesn't even know how to respect employees but lootes all the money.

Hi Friends, Since i closely observed sunil and his team, i know how they work. sunil is very fraud and big cheater in atlanta. He is a QA guy used to work with macys came to this country by fluke, got gc immediately in early 2000. all these 5* comments are written by him and his team. Don't rely on the no of lca's count they show here. they hardly have 30 employees. They always keep your money with them and run payroll on 30th. sunil cheated several people everywhere in business. he doesn't even give any respect and treats them with his status saying that he is such a big guy. but believe me guys, go and complaint to labor department and uscis about his frauds if they did not paid your salary. anyone who worked with him at macys will tell him how he cheated for $3000 by putting money in the car and told team that someone stolen the money and produced that bill back. he is such a nasty guy and does anything for money and did not pay commited salary to most of the employees.

I am with Unicorn for quite some time and i have no issues till date.

First thing we need to know at UNICORN is about the management and administration & Who does what. Talk to the right person on right time and your query will get resolved.

Initially i had some issues communicating but when i learnt the hierarchy, things have changed.

Timely credit of salary and transparency is the reason why i gave best rating.

For people who gave negative feedback, please understand that employee and employer both should get benefited and only a win-win situation will keep both happy. Employers run companies not Non Profit Organizations.

Marketing team at UNICORN is impressive with timely followup and feedbacks.
HR & Admin are good and ready to help. I never had any issues with them.

I am employee of this company for so long. The payroll process is not so bad, but they do not care about employees immigration matters. You will be there for ever on H1B with out any " PERM " process. They do wage promises which never full fill and lack of immigration knowledge, poor coordination between internal employees and legal department (attorneys) bringing down the reputation of company.

Pros: On time payment.
HR team is Okay.
Better than most of the body shops.

Cons: Extremely Slow or Poor immigration process.
Lack of immigration knowledge and response.
Poor Marketing.
More Focus on revenue rather on employees.

This is totally a fake company. They are interested to collect money for H1B, But they are not interested on your Documents. They never verified my documents and they we keep asking only to pay the money. U never know they will apply your visa or not.
