I've been workiteamor with Vastek from 2017. It's been a positive experience all around for me so far. They are professionals and now have processes in place.

Recruiting Team is very good. They will be in contact touch and provides updates on the client's expectations. Also, when I checked for my next project, the way they assured is excellent. I wanted to mention a few names here as it is not allowed such voiding names. The whole team is good but especially a woman in the recruiting team has hands-on in finding projects and placing people in new projects.

Immigration Team: Compared to before now, they have an excellent immigration team backed by a great attorney firm.

HR Team: I respect their work but expect delayed responses. However, they will get back to you later on any questions/concerns.

Overall Experience is good and I would recommend this company to all.

This is my 2nd year working for Vastek.
Little story about my journey with Vastek.

One of my friends referred me to Vastek. From the next day, they started training on the Quality tools and medical device manufacturing processes. Their training is kind of hard and needs to put some effort to learn and to get skilled in. During the training as an assignment, we will be given some real-life scenarios that happens in the industries. Here comes the screening. Based on the skills and the confidence we showed to resolve the issue proves to them that we are capable of taking more responsibilities. Once our supervisor and we are confident, then they will place with one of their clients. This process will take place between 1.5 to 3 months or might be less than that based on our seriousness, efforts we showed, and the skill set we gained. They gave me more responsibilities in less than 2 months. From then on, I'm enjoying taking more responsibilities. Recently I got my H1b approved for 3 years. I want to thank the whole Vastek team for getting my H1b approval and finding positions for me.

I would recommend people to apply positions in Vastek. And obviously, we need to prove our selves to get sustained in Vastek or at their clients. But Vastek will provide necessary training if anyone needs it.
