Vertiv is run by egoistic and unethical management. Don't join them if you are on a work visa, they have a track record of making its employee's life miserable. They pay very low salaries and skips few paychecks. Their HR is very rude and don't expect to receive any responses neither from the office staff nor the management (CEO). It's a cheap bodyshop, projecting themselves as software development company.

One of the worst company to work with, especially HR person Shilpa Shree is utterly rude to employees and never properly response to the calls or emails.

And Leslie Peckham doesnt know anything and she is a HR person.

Krishna Ghanta, one of the unfit Director who doesnt have any commitment towards his employees and always keep on do false promises. Never pays on time, and Direct deposit gets bounce back form the bank account. They dont even respond your emails

I urge one and all to not to join this group of companies. The owner is like a knife smeared with honey does all the sweet talk and eat all the hard earned money from employees. He doesn't pay salaries and for the paid ones doesn't pay on time. There is no direct deposit, no access to pay stubs and the HR is simply useless. No concern for employees and slaps us with several deductions without proof. Not transparent at all and is not available for any questions! I really hope DOL & USCIS do an audit and shut down all his companies. Please stay away from these losers feeding on employees hard earned money.
