This company is taking misuse of various visas. They hire on a lower wage and misguide the candidate by giving a false commitment.
I was recruited by giving various promises and none of them were meet. For e.g., I was told that immediate onshore travel opportunity is waiting as soon as I joined but since last 3 years not a single opportunity.
Furthermore, they exploit their vendors by asking for parties and favors.
Worst company to work. Only people who are close to the seniors and very much talented in keeping their boss happy can survive in this company.

Recruiters at ZS are going to push HARD for information about your current salary, stating that a current paystub is required in order to even get an interview. This is a poor company practice and is a bad reflection on recruiters who are looking for someone else to tell them what their own positions are worth. This "requirement" is an indication that they don't want to pay what the position is worth. They state that they are a private company and do not release salary range information about their positions, they will not accept the same answer from you if you work for a private company as well. Good luck getting around this if you know you're worth more than you currently make!

I made it through 2 generic phone screenings to a half day interview with about 8 people. The first person I interviewed with was some sort of office manager who had been in her job for only about 6 months... her inexperience and unprofessionalism was made crystal clear when she asked invasive questions about my spouse, my spouse"s career and tried to indirectly figure out if we had or were planning to have children. Are you serious?? Next interview was with members of the team I would have worked for, who walked us down the street in 40 degree weather to a busy coffee shop. It was loud, distracting, and one of the employees stared off into space during half of the "conversation." Okay... By the last interview, I had lost interest in working for this company and they had definitely lost interest in me. The last person I met with did not even ask me any questions... except about my spouse, AGAIN! Why, ZS? It is 2017, not 1947. Leave my spouse and uterus out of the interview process. Female applicants should not need a permission slip and negative pregnancy test to prove that they can work the 20 overtime hours each week that you require.
