Biography:Ms. Sander's practice focuses on real estate law, association law, business and corporate practice, and commercial finance, including, but not limited to, representation of corporate entities and private individuals in closing and loan transactions and representation of developers, condominium associations, homeowner associations, and other property owners and real estate investors. Her practice also focuses on immigration and naturalization law, including, visa, green card, and citizenship matters. Ms. Sander represents both businesses and individuals with their immigration and naturalization matters, including obtaining U.S. citizenship for eligible clients and securing employment visas, family visas, investor visas, green cards, and more. Of particular note, Ms. Sander is a native of Germany and is fluent in German, which allows her to also focus on a unique practice area: she regularly assists German residents and German citizens with their legal affairs in the United States, whether they are currently in the United States or in Germany. Ms. Sander is very active in working with the Daytona Beach Young Professionals Group to attract and retain young professionals to the greater Daytona Beach area and strives to get young professionals involved in the community, including local government.
