| | Biography: | PRADEEK SUSHEELAN, ESQ. attended the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), where he earned a Masters in Law (LL.M.) with certifications in Social Justice & Public Interest Law, and Public Law & Regulation. He is a New York licensed Attorney and an active Member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association chapters of Northern California and Santa-Clara, CA (Silicon Valley). Pradeek Susheelan, Esq. is a first generation immigrant to the United States. He was born and raised in the United Kingdom to Indian parents and attended High School in Bangalore, India. He returned to London, England to attended the Prestigious Inns of Court School of Law (that counts amongst its alumni Mahatma Gandi, M A Jinnah, Jawaharlal Nehru and, four British Prime Ministers including Tony Blair and Margaret Thacher.) Following graduation, he was admitted to the Bar of England & Wales as a Barrister by the Honorable Society of The Inner Temple.
Mr. Susheelan has been a speaker on Labor certification matters at American Immigration Lawyers Association conferences. Before starting his practice, he worked for one of the most successful removal defense litigators in the U.S and was a Partner at a 35-year-old Immigration Law Firm focused on workers in the Information Technology sector. Besides his practice, he also volunteers at the East Bay Sanctuary Center providing representation to Asylum seekers. He has a rating of superb from AVVO.
