The only thing they ever cared for sure is that they got your money! They have so many paralegals working on your case, V. May does not work on your case. I had three Jennifers work on my case, had trouble knowing who's who. The paralegals do not know everything, they all told me different things, messed me up completely and costed me lots of time and money! They were very late in response and very often does not respond to your questions directly related to the case. They use threats and say they will terminate your case with no refund if you ask too many questions. They also claim perfect score in certain categories when they try to get you as a customer, LIES! They failed mine and I had someone else win mine later on, same category for less money! - Very displeased customer
