commentI have been associated with Codeforce with more than 4 years now and I have had a good experience working with them. My pay was paid on time, and they would keep a buffer of 15k dollars with them and make sure you are paid during bench time. I see reviews talking against this practice. If a consultant insists they are ready to give that money. Overall they market a consultant well and makes sure they get placed in minimum time.

Worst Management and Delayed Payroll. -
- Ram - 8/18/2014 - flag as inappropriate -
commentManagement is worst, they will never reply to emails and reply to phone calls after 4-5 attempts. Payroll based on percentage system, with paying partial amounts and accumulate rest of money (upto 15K) to cash in if the consultant ever leaves. Legal paperwork is never perfect with always some errors on top of delayed response. Except for getting the timesheets from the consultant they will never contact you. This is without doubt the top worst desi consultancy.

commentI have been working with Codeforce360 for the past 2 years. Excellent staff and very cooperative. Very quick response to employee queries and I always had good experience with the staff.
They follow excellent process when it comes to time sheets, Visa processing and payrolls. My H1-B transfer and extension was very smooth as they follow the process in a very good manner. My GC has been filed promptly and I get updates in a timely manner. Most importantly they have a strong marketing crew.
Very recently I even got my H1-B stamp in India on the same day and it is just because of the company process, documentation, visa guidance and company policies.Communication with Relationship manager and other associates is great.
I recommended few others and they are also 100% happy with codeforce360. Always got my pay and bonus very promptly. This is the best employer I have ever worked with and I am incredibly happy. I wish to recommend more people to codeforce360

Promise higher salary, Pay minimum labor salary, No legal documents provided. -

commentI joined this company last year and they promised me a salary of 90K. Before H1B processing, I was told to sign documents with salary mentioned as 60K and was told that this was just for labor purposes and to avoid more taxes. After getting H1B approval, instead of paying me 90K which was promised, I was paid 60K. On calling the payroll team, they said they will have to withhold over 3 month of salary (15K) as a buffer amount if I go on bench. When I asked them my withholded amount is exceeding above 15K, they told me they are still waiting for payments from the vendor. Everytime I called, I got some excuse and have been paid as 60K instead of 90K for almost 6 months until finally resigning out of frustration. I have lost over 24K worth of amount but have no documents mentioning my promised salary of 90K to take any legal action. This is the worst experience of my life and I want no one to face this again by joining codeforce.

commentThey are few of those companies which give priority to place consultants in projects in the least possible time. Satisfied with the payments and the way the payroll is run. I would definitely be glad to be available to give more reviews. You can reach me on deepti88.t@gmail.com

commentAdroix Corp(aka. Codeforce 360) is by far one of those companies which I would continue working for a long time to come. I have had experience as a SAP consultant with other consulting firms since 10 years. But I find my experience with codeforce 360 was more than satisfying. They have a huge marketing team who works smart and hard to place consultants as soon as he is about to enter the market. The waiting time is almost negliglble. They have direct accounts with major software implementers like Accenture, Wipro and Capgemini. I have had good experience with the administration, with around five managers who are available to sort out any issues regarding documentation and paper work of various immigration needs. They have been very co operative in releasing extra money in advance when I needed them as part of various Client on site visits. The good thing about this company is that its headed by a group of young directors who are willing to go the extra mile in to sell their product aggressively. They have made me realize how good a consulting firm can make your life easy by being always approachable and making payments on time transparently. My good experience here could stop me no further, than endorsing this company.
- 5/10/2014 - I am sure, being a marketing person its your job to maintain good standing for your company, but don't you think two advertisement reviews and one comment defending codeforce is a bit too much in a single day ? -

Worst Company with Partial Salary, Payment Withholding, No Documents, Fake Marketing -
- - 5/6/2014 - flag as inappropriate -
commentAdroix Corp (aka Codeforce 360 aka Accelerize 360) is another boodsucking consultancy similar to Advansoft/A1Kaiser. They promise OPT students good salary. But later they always pay partial amount and withhold the rest of the amount. They withhold minimum 3 months of salary for H1B employees and will continue to accumulate amount by processing minimum LCA salary rather than promised salary. They will never give any document with the promised salary, by convincing the consultant this inorder to save taxes. If the project is over or in case the employee resigns they will not pay anything.
Marketing is done by uploading fake resumes with bloated experience to dice.com/monster.com and consultants are forced to take interviews and joined any project.
- 5/9/2014 - Seriously, I wonder from where these kind of reviews come up from anonymous users who are trying to throw mud without knowing the facts right. If you really think that they do not pay on time by blocking your money, what are you doing then without sorting it out with the management. I am a H1B holder with the same company working since 4 years. They have never delayed any payments and also added to that, they clear off the ending balance if you are in real need of money. Your money goes no where, its only like a buffer amount when you are on bench and nothing more to it. You are saying as if they are taking your money away. The rate you get from the client is distributed as per the percentage deal. If you get paid less, you are paid less. Accept the fact and live with it or else come up with a technology yourself that fetches you 100/hr after % cuts. Coming to fake resumes, its something you are yourself not sure. You say they float fake resumes and will force the candidates to take interviews. Now, common please, you are defending companies to give proxies to students. Is that what you think is right, then I am afraid you are not even worth to talk about a company which featured in the Top 100 Forbes most promising companies. Grow up and stop blaming others for your failures. -
flag - 5/10/2014 - Does anyone believes that the company should retain atleast 3 month of salary (along with vendor pending amount), i.e. an amount upto 20K as a "buffer amount when employee goes on bench" ?
Should I be excited when I get my $500 beforehand when in need of money, while more than 15K amount was still been withholded by codeforce payroll ?
If codeforce thinks they are legal and fair, why not provide proper legal documents with full salary details beforehand rather than force employees to sign documents with 50K salary just 4 days before H1B filing of April 1st ? Why not respond to "emails" rather than discussing payroll related issues only on telephone ?
