commentI have been working with Value Software Products Inc since last 3 years and recently promoted as Sr. Software Developer, I like the way this company has helped me to learn and grow.
They have a very good understanding of Employee Relations and Process management System.
I have never experienced any difficulties while working with this organization. And I am posting this comment to let other dissatisfied employees know that if you failed to achieve then its your mistake, and there is nothing to be blame on the company.
I always keep in touch with management for their support and guidance. DO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

commentI have been working with Value Software Products Inc for last 2 years and would like to appreciate the efforts and help they have provided me to get my Visa approved. I have got my visa approval the very first time.
I applied for it and it happened just because of the constant hard-work and efforts by the HR team. I have joined a new project just after completion of previous project and would like to extend my thanks to the marketing team (working exclusively on my profile to get a new project).
I would like to thank the management for understanding my requirements and helping me at every step.
I am completely satisfied the way my case was handled and with my employment. I don't have any issues with this organization.
Thank you for all the support and help. Hope to get it in future as well.

I have worked with Value Software Products Inc for the past 1.5 years as a Business Development Executive. It was a wonderful journey to start with as it was my first job.
The management out here is very very helpful and there is high possibilities of accelerated growth withing the organization.
Departments are also very cheerful and friendly and have a good atmosphere among team member as well as department colleagues.
Company is very strict in terms of performance and outcome. Also very less amount of activities within the company.
Needs to be more employee eccentric. Apart from this, its a good company to work with.

One of the best decision in my life was to join Value Software Products. Entered US through Value Software Products and here for last 6+ years..still with Value Software Products. Right from my H1b filing , my 2 extension filing & GC processing has been great with them. I am really surprised to read some bad comments about Value Software Products. Every company has its cons & pros. No one has the time to write comments unless you have something not so good happened with you.
Good work environment and fun place to work but lot depends on the team you work with. Fortunately i am lucky to have a great team.
I know its difficult to maintain the quality of good word, but please continue the same.

Small stuff like if u take holiday without informing ,they'll deduct your salary as per company policies

These folks know exactly what they are doing. They set high standards, and consistently deliver.
Their project expectations and planning is excellent. The top level management folks are extremely smart and have a great sense of vision and planning. If you go to company social events (which are very frequent by the way), it is quite easy to have conversations with upper management people (Partners).
Cons
Work-life balance can become poor, especially during tight project timelines. The employees have a significant amount of "firm-internal" training and knowledge contribution tasks. There are annual goal expectations. It can get tedious if you continuously work on high demand projects.
There is intense competition, especially during targeted promotion/milestone years

1. Unfortunately, Value Software Products Inc still uses the "normal distribution" rating system, where at the end of the year each employee is ranked as a top contributor (5%), above average contributor (15%), average contributor (~75%), and bottom contributor (5%). This curve is difficult to apply in the R&D world, where you may have many members of the team working long and hard hours, and end up being "average contributors" at the end of the year because there just isn't room for all to be top contributors.
From talking to manager friend, this is Value Software Products Inc's way to eliminate the non-top-performers without having to fire them, as part of its direction of reducing US manpower.
2. Hiring freeze in many areas - again, as part of Value Software Products Inc's attempt to reduce its workforce across North America and Europe we see many jobs move to the India and Far East markets. This is, of course, upsetting to see local teams shrink and disappear, especially when many great local Value Software Products Inc colleagues and experts begin to drop out. From my experience thus far working with India SW teams - they are still very far away from the standards I would have expected from US and Europe based teams.

I worked at Value software products Inc for over 4 years and had a great experience. The company provided many learning and growth opportunities. I was promoted twice during my tenure with the company, and my responsibility increased significantly. I felt like my management supported me and provided me with the career mentorship that I was seeking. I felt empowered and respected during my time there.
Cons
It can be difficult to work at such a large defense contractor company because of all the process and red tape. Things can move slowly, you have to be patient and pick your battles. That being said, if you learn how to work within the system, you can make a significant impact here!
Advice to Management
Not all section managers (middle managers) are clued in with the senior leadership's goals. I met with many senior leaders and executives who supported diversity and employee resource groups. However, often times middle management was against employees putting their own volunteer time towards these efforts and looked down on it. This gap was a huge problem and really needs to be fixed!!

commentWork like programmer Oracle DBA is the right position here. I am getting a better salary than any other multi-national company. Here in my office about 30 employees with the various position. I am Oracle DBA. But I have good relation with others. We are working with joy and fun.
All company must have relaxed room. And here also.
Recommended working with Value software products.
