commentI am working with this company from a long time. This company management is full of lairs. They lie for each and everything they are telling you. About your salary, Green Card process, Visa, contract with client and everything you can think off. Avoid this company at all costs.

commentI have joined Idexcel as an experienced IT professional and been working for them since 5 years. I have inquired before with few of my friends who are working or were working with Idexcel and I have got good reviews from them.
I have a dedicated recruiter from Idexcel and he is always available on his cell any time I call him. Idexcel has very good recruiting team and I am also allowed to do the marketing myself. The HR team is very good and professional. They have good and experienced legal team to solve any of your visa related legal matters or Green card related matters. I am happy with the progress of my H1b Visa and Green Card processing(PERM).
After joining Idexcel, I was never worried about my pay. I was paid on time and the same amount which I have negotiated at the time of joining. They have an excellent Insurance plan for me and my family. Their benefit structure is like big Indian IT companies. I heard from many others that they pay less salary than market rate which was not true in my case but it is always better to get the salary on time.
I would highly recommend Idexcel.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS as a Business vendor and as a candidate -

commentAvoid them at all costs as a vendor relationship as well as a candidate. Never answer their phones. And addresses listed on their website are fake and are for other businesses or spaces open for lease.
Terrible that they are even allowed to be in business when they cannot even maintain a professional business relationship. I advise all OPT candidates or job seekers to stay extremely far, far ,far away from them as they will suck your blood dry with non-payment and avoiding phone calls and emails.

commentWe have been dealing with idexcel almost an year as a vendor. They neither reply to the calls on follow ups nor to emails. They big time suck in vendor payments and we were never paid on time and 5 to 6 months delay in some cases. Its an unfortunate to have the vendor relationship with them and I will avoid any feature relationship with them. The management is so irresponsible and reckless.
