$51 per hour,
40% pay to medical, 60% employer pay.
H1B has to pay H4 fees (H4 means dependents), Premium fees, GC Attorney fees for i-140+ 485, etc.
Paying H4 fees by H1B is illegal, this is what they are doing for h1bs in the USA.
Paying Attorney fees by h1B is also illegal, this is what they are doing it.
