commentI have been with this organization for a very long time and they did my GC on time and my I 140 was approved and presently I got a Full-Time opportunity and I have informed them about my goal about full time and they are such great individuals to respect my solicitation in going full time without posing a question and I have been getting compensation according to my Prevailing wages. They are extremely courteous and pay on schedule. Overall quite an Excellent organization to work for.

commentThese idiots hold my pay for 4 months and never paid me on-time.
I literally use to ask them every month what is the status of my pay check.
They won't even care if you get a RFE.
I am totally surprised by seeing the positive reviews. I can sense they write their own.

commentLeft this company. Horrible experience lot of pressure, always have to follow up for pay checks. Very Bad owner.
Everything is delayed and lazy employer.
No concern for employees.
2 months delay in Pay Checks.
Stay away from this people.

commentGreat work culture, benefits, pay and good opportunity to learn new and latest technologies and awesome management. I have been with this company since 2012 and feels like a family. Work is good and have good leadership to guide and feel you are in safe hands.Great Pay and Package and has been very consistent through out my employment with Avant. I have referred friends who are still employed and working with this company.

commentI have been with the company for almost 4 years and they did my GC on time and my I 140 was approved and now I got a Full Time opportunity and I have informed them about my intention about full time and they are such nice people to honor my request in going full time without asking a single question and I have been getting salary as per my Prevailing wages and have been paid about 110 K approximately. They are very polite and pays on time. Nice and Excellent company to work for.

All Problems with lazy Owner -

commentThe consultancy is horrible. The pay checks are as if they are given to lay man . They get money out of it and pretend as if we are getting money out of their pocket. Green card Process is nightmare. All the rules will change whenevr they need it . The last minute rushes are pathetic enough to screw you .Some people left this and ranaway back home due to these lazy dogs. Never ever try to be here even if they offer you free GC also.

commentThe consultancy is horrible. The employer is pathetic and doesn't do anything on time. The worst thing is they dont pay you on time. Don't know when you get your salary. Green card is in dreams.Worst of all the consultancies i have known so far in the US.They are forgetting that they are earning from us and i will never recommend anyone to think of it even.Worked in this so called company for two years and still going on.
