commentTOTAL FRAUD and DON'T waste your TIME on this company. Owner VENKAT VOOTKURI, Doesn't even know how to do Paper work for H-1 transfers.
This guy is full of BS and talks complete non sense and makes all kinds of fake promises upfront But delivers absolute NOTHING.
He personally screwed my life for his greed on making Money. I faced a very tough time working with his company. Just because of this FRAUD guy, I lost my Full time job at CGI & landed in India.
He doesn't know any IMMIGRATION LAWS. ZERO knowledge in H-1 Documentation. He will Mis-guide you for his greed on Money.
Specially H-1 TRANSFER Guys, Don't walk away from this place RUN away from here. The owner is a LIAR and SHADY!!!!

commentI am working at Cerebrum Software Solutions INC as a Programmer Analyst.
Being a female i didn't feel much comfortable coming to the guest house during training and marketing process . But the Management made me feel so comfortable.. I talked to the people who are already in the guest house and then joined Cerebrum . Lots of assignments, study hours which will help you to again good amount of knowledge and you will be ready to face interview by the time you complete your training.
Best marketing team. and i did best choice Joining Cerebrum.

commentI have been with Cerebrum Software Solutions from past 6months.This company Markets extensively and gets good projects in reasonable time.Cerebrum Software Solutions, Is a best place to start a career.I did choose my stream after thorough discussion with the management on my background and today i am happy with what i have chosen. Cerebrum Software Solutions works with lot a CPT/OPT's. They know how to train, market & Placement.
Cerebrum Software Solutions has Very less bench time compared to the market average, no issues with the pay, i get paid on time and the pay i was promised.The Management has very good knowledge on the immigration.

commentI would rate this company 4.5/5. I am with the company for One years , recommended few friends of mine to Cerebrum Software Solutions,Inc. They are also happy with the company.
you get paid on time , irrespective of the client payments.
company takes care of the immigration expenses, they dont ask you for anything unlike many other company's in the market.
The management is accessible any time, even after working hours if you need any help.
Transparency in payments.
Very Good marketing team - I was almost never on bench

commentWorst Employer, H1B Transfers, OPT , CPT Guys should never consider this company. Payments are not paid as promised. No Perks, No Growth.
False promises are made first and never fulfilled once you join.
So be very careful. There are many many good IT companies out there in the market better than Cerebrum Software Solutions, VA.
So Avoid and be safe.
