I have been associated with this company from Oct 1st 2019. The staff is supportive, friendly and helpful. They pay well including bonus on time and especially what we committed at the time of joining. They processed my H4 on time and initiated perm within 6months. I got notified 6 months advance for my extension (initially got for 1 year) from HR team. I have free hand to go for premium processing. The best part of this company is that management keeps everything transparent.

They have 360 degree management policy were everyone including CEO of the company are always ready to help you and take feedback from you. Highly recommended.

I am not sure why some users are posting negative reviews about the company. I have been an employee of Core ITS LLLC from past 4+ years. I have all my H1Bs and H4s processed and approved 4-6 months ahead of expiration date. And this is my 3rd H1B with them. Not to mention my perm and I-140 were initiated and approved within the 3rd year. What more can you ask for? The HR team sends you the notification 6 months in advance that they have started the paperwork to file for your extension and in a month from that note they request necessary paperwork from you and the case is filed.As far as marketing is concerned the CEO himself has been a proven recruiter his entire career with proven connections. I got my first assignment with his help only. All in all the track record of this company is spotless to the best of my knowledge and I would recommend this company to anyone who are looking to start their IT careers or looking to switch employers
