commentThis is the worst company i have ever worked with . They only need money . first 2 month they will treat you as a King and once you deployed on project they will start taking your all hard earned money . even if you leave this company they will keep your balance money and if you ask for your money from them they wil cut 30% from it . donot work with them . they take charges for everything , amendment , attorney charges , extension charges . 1st you are not getting 100% of the salary , second they are taking all the charges from you. who is going to work with them .

This company is run by family so do no expect a good response .very Unprofessional & they just thrash talk .Visa documentation is also not good . all of the resources are leaving this company because H1b is getting rejected.

commentMy experience with Delta system and software has been very good. Honest, forward looking, tech-savvy and above all consists of a group of technocrats armed with the latest offerings in Enterprise Applications, ERP, Cloud based Solutions and Big Data.
A well organised company and building its blocks to be the next generation SAP Partner. They have always been supportive of their employees learning needs, very helpful at all times. Its a privilege to work here.

commentHmm..but experience is quite awesome with Delta System and Software. I am working with them from the past 3.5 years and there is not single issue. Even they pay pretty good salary & bonus. In fact Delta system and software helped me at every level of my carrier and helped me to built a carrier which I could achieve before time :).. I would like to give them 5 out of 5. My be every one has their own experience but I would say its nice company to work for. Good Luck

commentFirst let me alert you!!! This employer keeps most of your HARD EARNINGS with them and will never pay back that amount. Very poor marketing team who doesn't know anything technically. you have to search a job and give them 30% of your salary no matter what. will never ever pay salary on time. Many resources run away from them; Heard that few resources do not get their salaries from the past 6 months. Resources abscond by leaving huge amounts to this employer as they have no other solution than this. All your Visa costs, bench period taxes everything you have to pull out from your pocket!! Get ready!!!The so called owner of this company thinks he is very smart with his soft spoken nature but doesn't know how many potential employees he is missing due to his greediness and ill treatment towards employees. Folks! do not encourage these guys to become richer, choose a right company that can take care of your career with long term projects, green card etc. We all even wonder how this employer is still surviving in the market. Wish you all a very good luck for your good employer search!!!!
KKrao - 2/17/2015 - Hmm. Thanks for your inputs sir, it is useful to us. I have few known people works with this. but salary pays low. all at a time bonus paid and adjust. OwnerS allways busy and not answer employees calls. he take all visa costs from employees only...all consultancies does not take from employees. Pity!!! everyone fight him for this. he do not has mercy at all!! but market is like this only. all wants employee money only. -
