commentBe warned, the whole team of PK Samal, Komal, Shubhangi, etc. are guilty of these malpractices. If most of us leave tips on the ICE website, they all will be held accountable for their actions. There is not much that people like us in India can do against them since we are not in the same geography. However, informing the US authorities by leaving tips will help. I am pretty sure that most of these perpetrators would have by now left Divensi and joined some place else. Together, we can make sure that justice is done. I have a serious doubt if they ever even filed for all our H1B applications. These people are the reason why most IT firms are looked upon as frauds. Has the rest of the team been put behind bars too? Anyone from US can share what's going on there?

commentInitially, I had some doubts and got it solved by the seniors. The work environment is excellent and people are so helpful. I had a cousin who was also a client of the company and was extremely satisfied. He was saying one day that the customer service they provide is beyond comparison and always applauded. Being an employee I never faced any troubles working with them. Their biggest pro is their work environment which will continue to inspire me for the rest of my career.

commentI was working part-time here. People generally underestimate and behave incorrectly with those who work part-time. That was not the case in Divensi. I was lead and was supported accordingly. I got support from my seniors and was immensely inspired. It's about how well you can work. I got the news that there are people who are scolding the company without any valid reasons. I was deeply depressed by the comments those are spoiling their reputation.

Then later that day in the function I was declared as the best employee. I was immensely surprised. Then I knew how much the company observes the employees and work so that they can work hard. commentI am an ex-employee of the company. I worked in the company for constant two years. I was well trained and asked to execute my pre-existing skills. When I was declared as the leader of my team, I was scared. I asked my boss to guide. That day he called me to his office and explained me the responsibility of a leader. We had a conversation about an hour with two coffee mugs. That day really inspired me to be what I am today. Thanks for everything you did for me Divensi.

H1B Visa deposit money not refund -

commentI have deposited an amount of money with divensi as security because they were applying for my H1B visa and promised that the money will be refund within 3 months as i don't get the visa. However its 5 months now and still they have not refunded the money and from last 1 month they are not responding to my mails.
I was in regular touch with Shubhangi Dhalwade via email for all refund related follow up but now she is not responding.
I am very distress and the amount of money meant a lot to me. Now i feel like cheated.
Please don't trust this people and save yourself.

commentMinecode CEO Pradyumna Samal and project manager Sandeep Verma, who pleaded guilty to computer intrusion earlier this year, are expected to be sentenced in federal court in Seattle this week. The charges arose after the employees at the Bellevue Web development shop intentionally disabled the Web site of Vinado, an online wine shop that had allegedly failed to pay its bills.
Both Samal and Verma are expected to to avoid jail time, according to pre-sentencing court documents filed over the past week. Samal is asking the court to impose a sentence of probation, while attorneys for Verma are suggesting no probation and a $750 fine.
Samal -- who orchestrated the misdemeanor crime and then lied to FBI agents about it -- could face a maximum sentence of one year in prison. But the U.S. Attorney's Office is recommending [PDF, 10 pages] 90 days of home detention, 288 hours of community service and three years of probation. The feds also are suggesting that Samal pay a $30,000 fine and participate in "moral reconation therapy."
"Samal’ s illegal response to a contract dispute, his subsequent lies to FBI agents, and his instructions to Verma to lie on his behalf, are indicative of someone who lacks a strong moral foundation and not of someone who would likely promote a culture of
compliance and ethics within his company," the government wrote.
For Verma, the government is recommending two years of probation, 40 hours of community service and a $5,000 fine.
- 12/5/2017 - The news you are sharing to be last weeks is an old news that has happened almost 9 years ago. The intrusion was nothing serious when compared to the headlines made by a renowned MNC last year. Due to some miscommunication, these things happen just for that allegedly accusing a company to be fraud is not the way to deal with it.
In order to reach new heights people take risks that can be sensitive for others, but once the did is done and the parties have repented for the same, is it right to scratch that wound and bleed them??
I have had some dealings with the company, by the way, I am a freelancer. And I have worked with them, it was a wonderful experience to work with them without any gap between the various departments. That helped me a lot to deliver the work earlier than planned and got nice incentives for the same.
Don't spread lies and false news against people trying to make a living for 100s of people at the same time. -

commentI have not satisfied with my previous employer in terms of commitment and placement service. I approached Divensi sales guy to market my profile and in-case any project I will transfer my Visa as I was looking for H1B Transfer. The placement services are quite good and the marketing team helped me to search a new project in 3 weeks, 4 interviews and 1 confirmed. they are very transparent in all matters.
Overall I have a great experience working with Divensi. Have a nice Life !!

I feel money-wise what they have said to pay, I am getting it, initially 2 pays of mine got delayed but since then no issues. They have few direct clients and I normally get job in 30 days. Recently I got very quickly a project and I am very happy to see such great help from my employer in this choppy market and got excitement to leave review on my employer. I am not sure about others but as of now I am happy with them and I strongly recommend.

I am with DIVENSI for a long time working as software developer and in my case I got my H1 approval and all process very smoothly and also this is my 2nd project after 2yrs. The team is good to find a Job quickly and logterm project.
As far money concern, there are several desi companies promise higher and end of the day you will be not getting the actual amounts as committed but here what they promise you will get and all transparent. As long as the payroll is concerned I have not received any problems and maintaining it perfectly till now.

Also this is whole lot of fraud as they charge for RFE response in advance. How could some one know that the application would be struck in some RFE.

Warning About H1B Sponsor - Divensi Inc, Bellevue, WA -

commentI had applied H1B with Divensi Inc. Bellevue, WA-98007 in 2015. In the initial taking regular followup of processing fees. Once paid processing fees after that hardly replied and response. In the lottery system my petition was picked up but on dated 24-Aug-2015 received RFE from USCIS. It was more then 2.5 Months time for submit RFE response even though not submitted proper RFE response. They had not provided and justified requested information to USCIS. Divensi people had not taken serious about RFE response. USCIS 05-Jan-2016 denied my petition. Divensi Inc. concerned people whoever look after my case was not aware of the decision. The Divensi Inc. was not filed petition proper and and not given satisfactory respond to USCIS against RFE. I had requested to Divensi Inc. want to go with MTR but they were not ready for the MTR and asked me the same RFE response they will submit to the USCIS in MTR response and result would be the same so there is no chance to be approved your petition with USCIS not confident about their filed. they had given totally wrong excuses for the decision. I have worst experience with Divensi Inc. I suggest people whoever looking H1B petition should not go with Divensi Inc. because of they are not professional, not trust worthy, miss guided people,irresponsible, cheating with people, not serious for anything, totally liar people and just doing business for making money from the people whoever looking Job in USA they are just playing with people future.
