commentI work here and I got my H-1B and I-140 here, Looks like someone is trying shade the caliber of good company.
How come there are just 2 bad reviews from same guy since last 6 years.

So now, let me also say you my friends, there is also a group of ppl (RamaKrishna Ginjupalli,Venkat Vadlamudi,Avinash Kollu,Muni etc.,)who supports sarath, those guys are always try to keep sarats reputation that sarath is good and he is nice but in relaity these guys are sarath's own relatives and sarath's own ppl and they gain from this, so if you trust these guys and join this company, you are done and you are stuck and screwed very badly like me and my friends.So please be aware of these people as well.
Sarath itself is on the same greenbay with non-immigrant status and he himself claims that he will fetch greencards for new employees but he himself is a non-immigrant but he lies that he offers GC's to new ppl, But thats a big joke and false.
Specially "Avinash Kollu" who works at fulltime employee in a big company( I don't want to mention that company becuase I respect that company a lot), who works in same place and he always resides/sits in saraths office and supports for his internal activities.
Ramkrishna Ginjupalli and Venkat vadlkamudi are his brothers/relatives of sarath and always try to pull new consultants/candidates to sarath and p-lay with thier life's.
Since greenbay got very bad reputation with vendors and even in current market no one trusts grennbay, then he/sarath himself opened a new company called "technominds LLC", the link is provided here technomindsllc.com , this is opened to fool people again and again by sarath babu ginjupalli and co. batch( Avinash kollu, Ram Ginjupalli etc.,).
My whole purpose of this review is to alert my co. employees and help them for their better and safe future and happy life's. ALl the best my friends and just be aware of this kind of people and settle down in your life with prosperous careers.

comment My first humble request to every one to stay away from sarath babu ginjupalli and his companies.
Read below to why i requested to stay away from sarat and save your careers, rest is up to you. But please Be aware !!!!!!
Friends, I have been into this company in past and experienced the worst phase of my life. Even my friends suffered a lot with this company.
First of all, if you wish to have proper pay on time and safe legal img status, I kindly suggest this is not at all suitable for you guys and please don't screw your good careers.
Sarath is the person maintained all activities in the company and there is no one except him to look the activities, so he is soleley person who deal with everything and he don't at all pay the salaries regularly.
Sarath is person who always lies with employees saying he did not get money from vendor and he wont pay at all to his employees for months and months until the employee suffers from bad financial debts and he always try to keep and use employees salary money for his own purpose.
