So after 1 year I had to leave KIP for a full time position. As promised my I-140 was processed by Rajesh and team too. I was given a competitive hike too just before I filed my resignation. I served the notice period and quit in 1st week of Aug 2016. My July Salary was due in August 15th and I got the whole amount with the hike and Sep 15th , the first week of Aug sal was due and I got the same too.

There is no wonder in getting the money for which you are entitled for. But the consulting world in US is infested with Desi employers and personally I have faced lots of issues that threatened my VISA status even. When it comes to quitting its always ugly with those guys.

But I had a very pleasant exit process with KIP and will work with Rajesh in future if opportunities fall in.

It has been close to 6 months with KIP now. I feel Rajesh is an employer who delivers what he promises. From my experience I have seen only few employers paying on time and they recently tied up with ADP. I don't know about the experiences people have posted previously. In the account I'm working in Rajesh is kind of a prime vendor and I have seen a bunch of people working with KIP for close to a decade. So the verdict is KIP is a excellent company to work for.

Surprised to the see the messages posted, false statements never have any evidences. Me being the ex KIP employee, I would definitely recommend KIP to all of my friends and co workers. Initially I was working as a contractor with their direct client in Austin TX & and later in D.C area. My previous employers never had any complaint on their payments me being a sub contractor to KIP for almost 3-4 years. Later on I have joined them as W2 and got my gc as well. Rajesh is very helpful and friendly and I am sure he is not like other greedy consulting firms. The other staff also responds in timely manner for any concerns. My friends who are currently working for them have the same opinion as well. Good luck to KIP.

he talks as if he is very Americanized and can do stuff but waste fellow
please don't ever go to this consultancy.
