commentIt is a consultancy firm like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant but it is American based firm and provides best resources to the market. working in Mintex tech is really good experience. Provide good support to land a dream job. I am working on Full stack project.salary and bonus is moderate but after a year you can expect raise.
In short good company to start your carrier after graduation.

commentThey do not pay on time, do not pay for last 2 months, do not do proper marketing.
Look at their 5 star reviews which are 4 reviews in a weeks time. No wonder they are written by their office staff. Instead of wrtig fake reviews, if they concentrate on employees, it would be much better.

I take this opportunity to describe my overall experience with H1B stamping. Thanks to Bhagvat, Neal and Mamatha for making it smooth process. While filing my H1B in March, Neal and Mamatha took care all my documentation was completed in timely manner. It was very easy for me also as I did not have to travel to Edison office frequently and everything was taken care by Mintex Tech.

commentGreat energy, growing business, by far the best people. Most of all I can honestly say that this is the first consulting company where I feel "in control" of my destiny without being asked to sell out. I feel that leadership wants consultants to carve their own path, make their own game. So far so good experience. They really pay decent amount of money. Nothing to complaint in last 4 years.

commentNever every recommend to go with them. President and his friend named Bhagvat was biggest fraud. They were asking me $12000 for getting H1B from student Visa. I refused to do so and wanted my study complete. They want me to leave study and forced me to work with them on some other business instead of IT. I went to them for training and they put me in trouble. Never go to them specially AMIT & Bhagvat FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD...They hired illegal people in the firm as well.

commentThey are Biggest Fraud. Both mentioned named President and VP are biggest fraud and misusing all government services. Some one has to look in to and they will definitely find mess they have made.
