As long as we are honest and we do our job this company is good.NO Politics. They give straight answer either its good or bad .But I am not sure how people take it ..
We do have a nice experience with this company and we always refer to our friends .

commentI think the company ppl itself is posting good comment on its behave, truth is team is very inactive, they have only 4th level client as a result your immigration deeds become very hard and the immigration lawyer doesnt give quick response and dosent do things in time.

The people who are not able to go in to projects on time ..Not able to do work properly at client places and fired and greedy about money .They posted wrong reviews ..
I know people working for this company from the last 5-6 years and I never come across this kind of reviews ..
Very well .,Speak to them and decide your worth .

commentI have been working for this consulting since two plus years and no issues at all. Salaries are paid on time. Their salaries revisions are also flexible depending upon the skills and experiences of the candidate. They are policy oriented and great company to work. As long as we have good skill set and no location constraint they place us in contracts real easy. They friendly and aggressive. I referred most of my friends and they are happy as well . Needless to say, Just be smart enough else it’s tough to excel in USA with any employer. These days employers and clients expect the candidate to be skilled and competent. I wouldn’t expect anything more from a company.

commentYa,i had worst experienced over here too, the teams is very bad doesnt do things in time,the immigration lawyer is lazy n very unprofessional dont know how to handle things, please do not trust this company n if you are in this company try to look for something else.

Direct clients with personal contacts are there with company owners . So it will hep to get the project in no time .But one should really competitive

commentOne of the top skills nanosemantics has is " Trainings".
They used to give QA ,Business Analyst, ,Dot net and other programmes ..
Including me 5 of my best frieds who took training here immediately got placed and we land up in projects .Very good trainings .
Not sure if they are giving it now though

commentVery nice and courteous staff. Timely filing of H1/OPT/CPT extensions and salary paid on time. The entire process is explained thoroughly and staff is always open to answering questions. The training is exceptional and is very pragmatic, making it more job oriented and less theoretical. The marketing team is very helpful with resumes and they have an overall good placement rate for consultants.
As the owners are not exactly from Managment and they are from Technical and managment they do have real contacts with companies and in IT industry.So it is helpful
