commentI found out about Navel Technologies through a friend of mine who recommended it based on his cousin's experience of working with them.
I contacted the concerned person (Mr.Ravish) to find out the offers they have in place and expressed my interest about joining them. He had extremely helpful suggestions for me as to which course to take for training ad which course was in full demand at the time thus giving me a fair knowledge about the market situation. The company provides you with good facilities both in regards to accommodation, training material, traveling expenses and any other documentation while on the training period as well. Staying at the accommodation provided and undergoing some initial training sessions was very helpful for me to further expand my knowledge on the subject I chose to pursue. The marketing team starts acting on our resumes and distributing it very promptly and effectively to the many vendors the
company has contacts with. We start getting a number of calls from the vendors and have many options to be able to bag a project with so many offers flowing in. They have a really well dedicated marketing team. Once we are confirmed for any project the paper work is done by the
company without any hassles. I am also very proud to inform that my H1-B visa documentation was taken up by the company and they put all their efforts I. Helping me secure a 3 year visa status. This was the case with many other students belonging here too. They were careful in
the timing and application paper work for the visa.
The payment on a monthly basis of our salary is very well maintained by the company. They completely understand out financial situation and take personal care and provide us out salary without any delays at all. This is what helps me trust them and give this review. For any
new consultant looking out for an employer worth trusting for a happy and easy journey professionally I would while heartedly recommend Navel Technologies.

commentI am working with Navel Technologies since 3 years. I have started my job career from opt status and now i am in H1B. The salary used to deposit twice a month and never got delayed or put on hold for me. The company has a good lawyer who takes care of H1b and green card documentation very well. I have referred many people and everyone are feeling good about Navel Tech.

commentI worked with Navel Technologies .
I am an OPT student. Promised me no contract will be there and will be paid regularly and accommodation will be provided.
Ravish was my Employer Name. He doesn't know how to speak to people (Students are ill Treated).
Couple of them were even getting trained they got jobs but he was not able to provide proper paper work. They don't market well, All of us we sitting idle wasting time for almost 3 Months each after training.
Finally got a Job never paid in full says he will pay me Perdium [cut down taxes]. I was told i had the project from 1 year but turned out to be for 2 months[Manager said they never told 1 year it was only 2 months](happened will all of them i know all projects were only for 1 month 2 months).
Finally i moved out of this consultancy and was never paid all the perdium amount[$9/hr was stolen from my pay check].
When asked not to Rum my pay as perdium they said we dont have balance in our account i will pay you latter.[Cheap personality]. He will never attend your call when ever you call for money.

commentMoney Greedy , I have been working with them from past 1 year . They never pay you in time. They never place you properly. They will never provide proper training and proper back up.
They do nothing for you they always try to bill you from the first day of training for food and accommodation. They bill you on the basis of prorated pay and will never give your money .
Navel Technologies is the work ever..
