Oasys Technologies is a trustworthy and fair employer. The management is true to their word and goes out of their way to help employees. The green card process is handled carefully with high attention to detail and full access to the attorneys and visibility of the status.

Payroll is always on time and the pay is competitive. If anything comes up with my project, the management is there to guide, advocate or negotiate. They are very responsive and professional.

I only have good things to say about Oasys Technologies and I have referred several of my friends and contacts to this company.

Oasys Technologies Inc. is a good company which does all things correctly that were talked before starting the employment.

HR and Visa team are always reachable to help/guide you.

Green card process is good.

I enjoy the work assigned to me by Oasys technologies Inc , It is amazing that they were able to find the exact job offer that I was looking for when I wanted to switch .

Even though I am assigned to work at Client location , the Management at Oasys are always available to help with any concerns regards to payroll , leave , HR etc.
Have yearly review , competent pay rate , effective Immigration team & professional environment .
I was in a situation were there was going to be an impact with my ongoing project due to USCIS delays , but Oasys Immigration team worked continuously by reaching out to Congressmans /USCIS and were able to resolve the pending issue in a very professional manner and prevented any impact to Client .
Having worked before in MNCs and currently working with a client that is fortune 500 , I can compare and say that Oasys is doing perfect job as an employer and in satisfying Client expectations .
