The staff, especially and the sir who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and ensured that all arrangements for the client letter were perfectly handled. The entire process was transparent, and I felt well-informed and supported at every step. I highly recommend Prabhav Services for anyone looking to file an H-1B visa!

commentI recently joined Prabhav Services and entire Interview process and Visa Process was well organized. I have never heard of a company being so transparent in all the visa processing.
They have very good resume marketing team and very approachable. Their pay is on time and the rate is at market standard.
Sumesh and team always available to help and guide throughout and I would like to have long term association with the company.

My GC process started within a month of joining. I was able to choose my attorney and process was so very transparent . I got my perm and i140 approved easily even when perm went for Audit. My salary is always credited on time and no issues with that. Sumesh , the director of company is very helpful and genuine person I have ever met.
One of the most transparent company as far as H1b and Green card process is concerned. I recommended Prabhav Services to some of my friends last year for first timers H1b from India and luckily couple of them got picked in the lottery and they got their visas as well recently and are ready to come to US for the new beginning. You can consider Prabhav services if you are looking for H1b visa first time or transfer and Green card process .

commentA very good company to work with. I got my H1B (L1B to H1B transfer) thru Prabhav Services Inc. Their marketing strategy was awesome. I got more than 100 calls in a week time after my resume was marketed by the marketing team and because of that I have got multiple offers and have chosen the best one (which is a long term project - min 3 years).
Our CEO (Sumesh) is very friendly and a talented person. Prabhav Services Inc provides full support to their employees officially and personally. This company also maintains the transparency on everything and is handling things professionally. Sumesh has a very good relationship with many clients and also with this employees.
I am extremely happy that I got to know about Sumesh and this company and would like to have long term association with this company. And another good thing is that they have initiated my GC.

Trainings for new employees are getting scheduled on weekly basis. Always you will get the timely help on Visa related queries and responding timely to the RFEs.

commentI had transferred my H1B to Prabhav Services Inc, NJ and I have been with the company for the last five years. I haven’t had faced any issues regarding the company providing salary on time, all the required documents as mandated by USCIS for either H1B transfer or H1B extension etc. The company had initiated the green card processing and I-140 petition has got approved. The company has been providing the cordial and encouraging environment for career growth.

commentI had a good experience with the Employer in getting a project. even though i was like a odd man out compared to rest of the team in terms of field of experience, support provided was exceptional and able to get a project on-time. Process is pretty-much transparent and made comfortable without any See-Saw experience. Payments are On-Time without any hiccups during the employment. Had a little friction during the exit as it is early termination but employer provided good exit and all documentation needed (detailed from both ends).
