an action, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a character; sow a character, reap a destiny," the
maxim goes.
Habits are powerful factors in our lives. Because they are consistent, often unconscious
patterns, they constantly, daily, express our character and produce our effectiveness or
ineffectiveness.
As Horace Mann, the great educator, once said, "Habits are like a cable. We weave a
strand of it everyday and soon it cannot be broken." I personally do not agree with the
last part of his expression. I know they can be broken. Habits can be learned and
unlearned. But I also know it isn't a quick fix. It involves a process and a tremendous
commitment.

Of course, not all Paradigm Shifts are instantaneous. Unlike my instant insight on the
subway, the paradigm-shifting experience Sandra and I had with our son was a slow,
difficult, and deliberate process. The approach we had first taken with him was the
outgrowth of years of conditioning and experience in the personality ethic. It was the
result of deeper paradigms we held about our own success as parents as well as the
measure of success of our children. And it was not until we changed those basic
paradigms, quantum change in ourselves and in the situation.
In order to see our son differently, Sandra and I had to be differently. Our new paradigm
was created as we invested in the growth and development of our own character.
Our Paradigms are the way we "see" the world or circumstances -- not in terms of our
visual sense of sight, but in terms of perceiving, understanding, and interpreting.
Paradigms are inseparable from character. Being is seeing in the human dimension. And
what we see is highly interrelated to what we are. We can't go very far to change our
seeing without simultaneously changing our being, and vice versa.
Even in my apparently instantaneous paradigm-shifting experience that morning on the
subway, my change of vision was a result of -- and limited by -- my basic character.
I'm sure there are people who, even suddenly understanding the true situation, would
have felt no more than a twinge of regret or vague guilt as they continued to sit in
embarrassed silence beside the grieving, confused man. On the other hand, I am equally
certain there are people who would have been far more sensitive in the first place, who
may have recognized that a deeper problem existed and reached out to understand and
help before I did.
Paradigms are powerful because they create the lens through which we see the world.
The power of a Paradigm Shift is the essential power of quantum change, whether that

Hello All, Please report the case to the Attorney General in NY/NJ and the Department of Labor. The investigations tend to move very slowly, but they generally do take action eventually if there is enough evidence to indicate the business is breaking the laws in place about H1-B visas. Warning others off by posting in forums such as this and investigating the possibility of reporting the fraud to USCIS and the Department of Labor (if you haven't already) are other options. If you haven't reported it to the NY/NJ Attorney General, I would explore that option.

How confident were you at the job that you accepted with the training/ knowledge provided by RITNOA? Everyone did this for a better job/career, so I would like to know everyones experience in that sector.

commentI have heard a lot about Ritnao, I dont know who is this legend running this Company. But what I feel every employer do the same with their Consultants. They are here to make money and we are here to make money.
As a consultant I feel If I'm getting good money then everything is OK. MR SHABBIR Please pay your consultants proper money what they deserve instead being greedy on their hard working Money. What ever the rate you are getting atleast try your best to give them 70-75%, otherwise your company will only have a name but no consultants in Market and Businessmen dont make these kind of Mistakes.
You might have lost around 50 Consultants due to this rate issue. Think about it Mr. Shabbir and do some Math what have you lost. Please maintain complete Transparecy with your Consultants and solve your personal issues with them.

commentI am a Victim:
RINOA's owner (Shabbir Khan, an Indian guy) is also a H-1 employee of one Indian compaany which doesn't exist anymore physically (but exist on papers) but he pays to the owner quarterly to run his payroll and pay taxes and keep his H-1 continue while working on Canon as a US citizen under his company banner. A totally cheat SOB.
His main motto is to suck blood of Pakistani, Indian and Bangladeshi Muslim IT professionals who recently graduated and looking for jobs or those who were IT professioonals but due to some bad circumstances are out of industry and looking back to work. He initially charged a lum sum of money around $2500.00 per person on the name of a course and installed SAP BO software on their laptops and their student teachers (who are also looking for jobs) teach them some basic course. A complete cheat against piracy act.
He has also rented a house above a mosque or some place near a mosque and 15-20 graduate students live their like mosquitos and pay 200 for their living wile learning SAP BO from his institute existing in the same building. No one can complai because they are on his H-1. He pays a minimum salary and keep 30 percent of their rate as a compnay policy + Immigration cost + Rent + Tax (15%).
I had a chance to met many shrude people in my life but Shabbir Khan is making his own community (A muslim community) fool by the name of Allah/Muslim.

commentI wish you get your geencard from Ritnoa after working many many many years as Mr. Shabbir's personal servant. You cooked for hom in has "guest house" a place on top of a mosque where you slept liked mosqitoes with 10 other peoples at night. You guysa had bed bugs but can't complain. You were not allowed to watch Tv.
I wish you even get your H-1 visa approval under RITNOA. It was rejected and your LORD Mr Shabbor never applied for you again and you are living Il-legal in USA.
I wish you will go and marry like your other buddies Hamid and Imadi but Mr Shabbir will not let you get a legal H-1 status.
You are working il-legal in Canon as BO consultant onlty because to provide personal assistance to Mr. Shabbir, who are also working Il-legal there..
I wish you will learn somethong from your experience.

commentI told him many time dont be after these people but he insisted on training these people who used to make $400/week started making 1500/wEEK. DESIRES AND GREED HAS NO LIMIT. These peopel Started demanding more and more and more now we are at this stage where these people are writing bad reviews about him. You meet him once and your doubts will go away.
He pays $35/hour for the first year which includes training, placement and tech support from India, next year he pays 70% of the billing. what else do you want. Did you ver wonder why Tipu Sultans Was defeated? Just think about it.
In my next review I will provide a comprehansive list of all the guys he trainined and their previous profession before entering businessObjects world.

commentI have been a part of Ritnoa for over 3 Years. I have been a part of a really worst organization but I stuck due to H-1 complexities. They never helped me to move ahead in my career.
I chose to work with Ritnoa because I heard they were good in SAP, but they are below ordinary with no hands-on SAP training and worst marketing methods including Interviews by one guy Re=han khan for each employee.
As a consultant; Ritnoa has provided me with the worst facilities giving me cheap pay (very below then market rate) and never on time.
I hate to be a part of Ritnoa.
The management is completely unprofessional and
every employee is scared of the owner Shabbir Khan who threat to destry the US career of each employee by threatening them every week.
I will never recommend Ritnoa to any one.
