commentWorked with this firm for over 8 years and recently got my Green Card.
SMS was recommaded by a friend of mine when i had issues with H1B with my previous employer. when i look back, joining SMS was the best decision i made for my career. there was no wait time for initiating the GC process. a month after H1B was approved, my Perm was initiated under Eb2. early this year i got my Green card.
could not have asked for any better. never had any issues with salary.
management is very supportive and employee friendly.
i will recommand this company if you want to be in betters hands for ur H1B, GC and timely payments

I came to know about Satya Marg Solutions (SMS) Inc, through relative of mine who along with other friends were employed by SMS inc. I have received my H1B through SMS. It was very easy and smooth process for me and was handled very professionally by SMS. I never had any issues regarding my employment or payment. I always get paid in time. SMS Inc. care for you, for your immigration, are always accessible, provide accurate information, very transparent and aggressive in solving your problems. I am glad I did find them and I do trust them.
I always recommend SMS Inc, to friends of mine as trusted IT firm.

commentI have been working with SMS Inc. since 2011. I have come to know about SMS Inc.through one of my Husband Friends(Thanks to him).I have nothing to complain about this IT Firm. SMS pays me on time, I do not have to be behind them for my pay check and this is what makes me happy. I would like to take this opportunity and Thank SMS Inc. for helping me when I needed the most.
I feel that SMS Inc. needs to revisit Marketing department and team to become more successful in IT World.this is not a complaint but suggestion.
I recommend SMS Inc. to people I know. I wish SMS Inc. all the best in their future endeavors.

commentI have joined Satyamarg Solutions in 2007.Since then i am with them. they work very professional way. No issue at all for me all. i would rate satyamarg solutions best place to work.
I confidently recommend this company to anyone. They are not like any other commercial consulting company. They are like family. they were with me at all the times. So great.

It's been 8+ Years of successful journey with SATYA MARG Solutions and it is a great company to work for.I was very fortunate that my cousin recommended me to join SMS when I moved to USA.
I truly believe that If you have proper support from your employer and their strong Immigration department you are very lucky.
After getting my Green Card from SMS when I look back of my all my H1B Extensions and Stampings, I always feel that what a smooth ride.
I should say they are successful because of their payroll on time and strong legal department for Immigration. The whole team of SATYAMARG are true professionals.
These days every step of immigration process is 50-50 Chance. But if you have strong employer and immigration team which SMS Capable of you can overcome any issues with little patience.

commentI would say this is a excellent company to work for. I am not saying this as a employee of this company but as a honest induvidual person i recommend this company to anyone. Its been 7 years i am working with this company. No issues at all. They Pay ontime and providing health benifits and dealing if any issues is great. I would definetly recommend this company to my friends. These days we hardly see mid range consulting companies who stick to their promises and take responsibilities towards employees. For any H1B/GC legal issues they have excellent attorney's who has very good background of immigration issues.

commentThis is a very honest and true review about my experience with Satya Marg solutions Inc. and NO!! It is not a sponsored review. I met the owners of this company when i was literally in dire straits. I was in the 6th and Final year of my H1 B visa. I spoke to them and they readily agreed to pursue my Green card and extend my H1 B without 2nd thoughts and knowing very well that my case would be a risk for them as well. The wages and salary that they offered i believe were extremely fair (they could have negotiated with me at a much lower rate and yes i would have agreed since i was desperate). To cut a long story short i got my H1 B approved, got my labor approved and am now sitting with a full time job with my Green Card. In one line i would have failed to realise the AMERICAN DREAM without satya marg helping me.
When i review a company i try to keep it very honest the measurable elements for me are -
Salary on time - Satya Marg is PERFECT with paying the salary on time. Without exageration. This is me having 6 years of work exp with them.
Immigration - These guys are near to perfect when it comes filing green cards and H1 B's, and go out of the way to help you. Personal experience :)
Job Marketing - Trust me as an H1 B consultant of theirs I never had a problem, if you are ready to relocate they CAN GET YOU A PROJECT.
I see a couple negative reviews in this forum. Guys remember that "THERE IS NO SMOKE WITHOUT FIRE". If you as a consultant are not honest why should they. I came across a number of H1 B holders in general who say that consulting companies earn because of us. Remember it is your prerogative as well. Would a sales clerk take credit in a grocery store from the owner saying you are making money because i am working here and selling your groceries? Sounds stupid...right?
Conclusion - Great company to work for...

Easy channel to get Green card
Professional Atmosphere
Excellent Guest house with five star rated facilities
Cons – They hire most brilliant people and qualified stupidest people that i have ever met
Too many restrictions like a kinder garden school( Office timings, dressing, tests, assignments)
Too much attitude( as if they are running IIT and Harvard)

commentI have joined this company in 2001 and worked with them till 2006. i had an issue with H1B with other company and wanted someone to help me before going our of status. SMS helped me with H1B transfer and subsequent greedcard filing.
i got my GC in 2007 with SMS.
i would recommand this company anytime.

this was in 2009 for employee displacement issue and
nothing to do with wages. as an employee i personally met them and saw the documents. my I-140 is approved with SMS in 2011 and im happy working for them at present.
i would refer them any time to other candidates -
