Pros -Forward thinking company with a real hunger to do even more to help make the world a better workplace - Management is always looking at ways to help make our working environment with positive thoughts share. Believes in change as an approach to better tomorrow for the organization and the employees. Although the business is well established, there is a start-up feel to it in the sense that even though a lot of processes and ways of working practices have been introduced as part of a natural evolution, there is still a nice feel of anything is possible and new initiatives and ideas are welcomed. Finally I must add the more you bring to the business, even better a fit this business is for you and the more you can develop from a professional point of view you will have growth in this organization.

commentI joined Servsys in Jan 2020 on H1b.. They have a nice immigration team. It requires multiple follow ups but the attorney has good understanding of immigration processes. They are also transparent on the rate part. Recruitment team is cooperative.

They have provided good training which helped me to improve my skills and also I was able to pass many certifications while undergoing the training period. Marketing is one of the biggest strength of the company, they are so responsive and dedicated to try their best to get a job for a consultant at earliest .

commentThey are the absolute fake organization with all kind of fraudulent. They make fake resume, they put minimum 8-10 years of experience for the freshers, fake interviews!! Lot of people got fired for fake experience & fake educational background!!!!!!!!
